• Gerakan refleks adalah tindakan yang ditimbulkan tanpa
belajar dalam menanggapi beberapa rangsangan.
Contohnya meliputi: fleksi, ekstensi, peregangan,
penyesuaian postural.
• Gerakan fundamental dasar adalah pola gerakan yang
melekat yang dibentuk dengan menggabungkan gerakan
refleks dan merupakan dasar gerakan terampil yang
rumit. Contohnya adalah: berjalan, berlari, mendorong,
memutar, mencengkeram, menggenggam, memanipulasi.
• Perceptual mengacu pada interpretasi berbagai
rangsangan yang memungkinkan seseorang melakukan
penyesuaian terhadap lingkungan. Diskriminasi visual,
pendengaran, kinestetik, atau taktil. Menyarankan
perilaku kognitif dan psikomotor. Contohnya meliputi:
gerakan terkoordinasi seperti jumping rope, punting, atau
catching.

• Aktivitas fisik membutuhkan daya tahan, kekuatan,
kekuatan, dan ketangkasan yang menghasilkan tubuh
yang berfungsi dengan efisien dan efisien. Contohnya
