serta Surat Kebenaran Tuan Punya jika kenderaan bukan kepunyaan pemohon. Permohonan lebih daripada satu pelekat hendaklah
dibuat berasingan.

4. Sila lekatkan pelekat kenderaan di Kepak Kanan Hadapan Motosikal atau di Penjuru Kiri Bawah Cermin Depan Kereta.
(Please stick your sticker at the left side of the windscreen for car a on the front of the right side of the shield for motorcycle.)
