Petunjuk Pelaksanaan Pendidikan
Tutorial
1. Tutorial pada tahap I dan II diatur sesuai dengan jadwal yang dikeluarkan
oleh penyelenggara kursus bedah dasar dan pradik
2. Tutorial pada tahap III sesuai dengan dengan paket tutorial yang telah
ditentukan setiap semesternya.
3. Waktu dan tempat tutorial tidak mengikat sesuai dengan kesepakatan
antara pembimbing dan peserta didik.
4. Bentuk tutorial berupa diskusi dengan penyampaian materi oleh peserta
didik dengan dipandu oleh pembimbing yang bertanggung jawab.
Presentasi Ilmiah
1. Presentasi ilmiah dapat berupa journal reading, laporan kasus, sari pustaka,
kasus sulit atau penelitian ilmiah
2. Dilaksanakan setiap hari Sabtu pukul 11.00
3. Presentan mempersiapkan presentasi dengan cara audiovisual dan dipimpin
oleh pembimbing sesuai dengan keseminatan
4. Dihadiri oleh seluruh peserta didik dan staf pembimbing
5. Karya ilmiah berupa sari pustaka wajib dilaksanakan sejumlah satu makalah
setiap akhir semester
6. Karya akhir diserahkan pada akhir semester IX
Pertemuan ilmiah
1. Pertemuan ilmiah berupa simposium, seminar, lokakarya dan kursus dapat
diikuti setiap peserta didik baik yang berlangsung di dalam dan luar negeri
dan diatur oleh ketua program studi.
2. Tidak mengganggu keberlangsungan pendidikan dan pelayanan
Ketrampilan klinis
1. Ketrampilan klinis dapat dilaksanakan di poliklinik, IGD , ruang perawatan
dan kamar operasi
2. Setiap tindakan dalam penegakkan diagnosis maupun penatalaksanaan
pasien baru dari poliklinik dan IGD dilaporkan dalam forum laporan jaga
yang dilaksanakan setiap harinya pukul 08.00 – 09.00 dipimpin oleh senior
jaga pada hari itu dan dihadiri oleh seluruh peserta didik.
3. Setiap penatalaksanaan pasien dilaporkan dalam forum parade dan grand
round yang dipimpin oleh Pendidik setiap Selasa pukul 8.00
4. Tindakan operasi mandiri bisa dilakukan apabila peserta didik sudah
mendapatkan pengakuan dari pembimbing
5. Peserta didik yang belum mendapat ijin untuk operasi mandiri harus
didampingi oleh minimal peserta didik yang sudah diberikan ijin untuk
operasi mandiri.
6. Pasien bermasalah wajib didiskusikan dalam forum parade
7. Pasien meninggal wajib dilaporkan dalam forum parade
8. Permasalahan dengan bagian lain yang terkait wajib dilaporkan dalam
forum parade
9. Parade dilaksanakan setiap hariSabtu pkl 09.00 sampai selesai
Rotasi/stase
1. Rotasi/stase dibagi berdasarkan 3 grup masing-masing selama 2 bulan
2. Pengelompokan grup terdiri dari :
Grup I : Trauma dan pediatrik
Grup II : Spine dan Oncology/Patology
Grup III: Upper ext/Sport/Adult recons
3. Tugas residen stase adalah bertanggung jawab terhadap kegiatan akademik
yang berhubungan dengan stase yang dilaluinya.
4. Residen stase bertanggung jawab terhadap pasien-pasien ruangan sesuai
dengan stasenya.
1. Peserta didik wajib mentaati peraturan yang berlaku yang ditetapkan oleh
Rumah Sakit tempat melaksanakan tugas.
2. Ruang lingkup peserta didik pada RSUD dr. Saiful Anwar Malang adalah
seluruh ruangan yang menyediakan layanan orthopaedi. Khusus untuk
pasien poli dan rawat pavilyun wajib untuk melaporkan kepada senior jaga
saat itu atau kepada pemegang pasien.
3. Bekerja sama dengan personil dari bagian lain secara baik
A. Poliklinik
1. Melakukan pemeriksaan dan membuat diagnosis penderita
2. Mempersiapkan dengan baik penderita yang akan operasi dan pasca operasi
3. Melakukan perawatan penderita rawat jalan/kontrol
4. Melakukan pemasangan gips
5. Melakukan konsultasi dengan senior untuk pemeriksaan diagnosis serta
tindakan yang belum merupakan ketentuan rutin dari seksi sehingga
pelayanan penderita dapat dipertanggung jawabkan
6. Membuat atau menjawab konsultasi ke atau dari bagian lain dengan
sepengetahuan senior
7. Mengisi catatan medik penderita rawat jalan dengan lengkap dan benar.
8. Melakukan monitoring infeksi dan efek samping obat/implant
9. Melakukan diskusi dengan senior untuk kasus-kasus sulit, jarang atau yang
dianggap penting sebagai bahan pembelajaran
10. Mengemukakan kasus morbiditas maupun mortalitas sejujurnya guna bahan
pelajaran
11. Diwajibkan ikut membimbing mahasiswa untuk melakukan pemeriksaan,
membuat diagnosis, merawat luka dan tindak lanjut pengobatan pasien
15. Alur konsultasi : dokter jaga ---- chief jaga ---- senior
C. Bedah Sentral
1. Pada tahap bedah dasar, bertugas melakukan latihan sebagai instrumen
didampingi perawat.
2. Operasi bimbingan harus memberitahukan dan mendapat persetujuan
senior pembimbing minimal satu hari sebelumnya
3. Dokter yang akan melakukan operasi bimbingan diharuskan mempersiapkan
penderita, implant dan teknik operasi dengan baik serta siap untuk
dievaluasi pengetahuan teori dan optek kasus yang akan dikerjakan. Apabila
dalam evaluasi ternyata belum menguasai, bimbingan dapat ditunda.
4. Operator harus bertanggung jawab atas keselamatan penderita yang
dioperasi.
5. Tidak diperbolehkan merubah keputusan tindakan yang telah diputuskan
senior/kepala seksi forum diskusi tanpa sepengetahuan senior.
6. Guna mencegah terjadinya morbiditas dan mortalitas sewaktu operasi, bila
operator mendapat kesulitan diwajibkan konsultasi pada chief yang
bertugas. Apabila chief mendapat kesulitan, maka wajib konsultasi dengan
senior yang bertugas di bedah sentral atau senior lainnya.
7. Membuat laporan operasi, mengisi lembar montoring infeksi dan buku
laporan oprasi.
8. Wajib ikut menjaga ketertiban dan sterilisasi kamar operasi.
9. Program operasi disusun chief orthopaedi secara mingguan dan disetujui
oleh KPS.
D. Ruangan
1. Melakukan perawatan dengan penuh dedikasi dan bertanggung jawab atas
perawatan dan keselamatan
2. Melakukan perawatan prabedah :
Mempersiapkan penderita prabedah secara keseluruhan
Mempersiapkan bagian tubuh penderita yang akan dioperasi
Mempersiapkan kebutuhan implan sesuai yang direncanakan
Melaporkan akan kesiapan penderita prabedah pada chief yang
bertugas mengatur acara operasi
3. Melakukan perawatan pasca bedah :
Mengamati komplikasi dini dan lanjut penderita pasca bedah
Melakukan tindakan/perawatan bila terjadi komplikasi
Melakukan kontrol foto rutin pasca bedah
Merencanakan program rehabilitasi
Melaporkan hasil operasi pada forum diskusi/parade
Mengisi lembar monitoring infeksi
4. Visite ruangan :
Dokter ruangan wajib mengikuti visite ruangan, visite besar dan
visite khusus
Apabila berhalangan harus ada pelimpahan tugas pada residen
lain dengan sepengetahuan supervisor ruangan
