Abstrak
Abstract
Town of Lamongan represent one of the downtown in East Java.
Growth town of Lamongan causing the increasing of is readyof transport
services, so that influence growth of traffic. Along with growth, road in town
very solid so that result jam and feel is not balmy to consumer walke because of
to the number of heavy vehicle that pass by quickly in town. Referring to that,
hence Government of Town of Lamongan have planned to widen road of
Lamongan-Mojokerto STA 2+250 to STA 30+000.
This Final Duty will analyse elegibility of enlargement of road at joint
Lamongan-Mojokerto STA 2+250 to STA 30+000 evaluated from traffic
technique facet and transportation economics. The analysis that will be
calculated are road ability degree analysis namely Degree of Saturation (DS)
value, vehicle operational cost retrenchment calculation analysis, Benefit Cost
Ration calculation analysis, Net Present Value calculation analysis and First
Year Rate of Return calculation analysis.
Performance walke eksisting in this time before enlargement of road,
got value degree of saturation ( DS) equal to 0,361 and age plan 20 year to
come that is in the year 2030 got value of DS equal to 0,618. So that elegibility
of enlargement of roadt joint Lamongan-Mojokerto evaluated from traffic
technique facet, the road not yet competent to be conducted by enlargement
because road of eksisting in the year 2030 not yet so experienced of saturation.
while from result of economic analysis with thrift of BOK equal to Rp.
251.388.621.021,76,- got value of Benefit Cost Ratio equal to 1,29, value of Net
Present Value equal to Rp. 21.539.284.295,24-,- and value of First Year Rate Of
Return equal to 1,40% ( FYRR < 8%), so that elegibility of enlargement of road
of is joint Lamongan-Mojokerto evaluated from economic facet of
transportation, the road competent woke up however will be more be competent
again if enlargement of road conducted in the year 2015. Because in the year
2015 value of FYRR> 10,80%.
