1. Bahwa kapaltelah diperiksa sesuai Pasal44 Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan No. 29 Tahun
2014 tanggal 6 Agustus2014 tentang Pencegahan Pencemaran Lingkungan Maritim.
That the shrp has been surveyed in accordance with article 44 of Ministry of Transpoftation
Regulation No 29,2014. which entered intoforce on 6 August 2014 on the Maritime Environment
Pollution Prevention.
2. Bahwa hasil pemeriksaan menunjukkan sistem anti-teritip pada kapal tersebut telah
memenuhi persyaratan sesuai ketentuan peraturan tersebut diatas.
