Keadaan darurat :

Keadaan yang lain dari keadaan normal yang mempunyai kecenderungan

atau potensi tingkat yang membahayakan baik bagi keselamatan manusia,
harta benda maupun lingkungan.

C. Tubrukan (collision)
Kondisi darurat karena tubrukan kapal dengan kapal atau kapal dengan
dermaga ataupun dengan benda tertentu akan mungkin terdapat kondisi
rusaknya pada kapal, korban manusia, tumpahan minyak kelaut (kapal
tangki), pencemaran dan kebakaran.

Tatacara khusus dalam prosedur Kondisi Darurat yang perlu dilakukan

diantaranya :

 Bunyikan sirine bahaya (Emergency alarm sounded)

 Menggerakan kapal sedemikian rupa untuk kurangi dampak
tubrukan
 Pintu-pintu kedap air dan pintu-pintu kebakaran automatis ditutup
 Lampu-lampu deck dinyalakan
 Nakhoda di beri tahu
 Kamar mesin di beri tahu
 VHF dipindah ke chanel 16
 Gunakan pakaian pelindung dan sepatu safety online
 Awak kapal dan penumpang dihimpun di stasiun darurat
 Posisi kapal ada di ruangan radio dan diperbaharui apabila ada
perubahan
 Setelah tubrukan got-got dan tangki-tangki di ukur.

C. Kebakaran/Ledakan (firing/explosion)
Tatacara khusus dalam prosedur Kondisi Darurat yang perlu dilakukan
diantaranya :

 Sirine bahaya dibunyikan (internal dan eksternal)

 Regu-regu pemadam kebakaran yang berkaitan siap
dannmengetahui tempat kebakaran
 Ventilasi, pintu-pintu kebakaran automatis, pintu-pintu kedap air
ditutup
 Lampu-lampu deck dinyalakan
 Nakhoda di beri tahu
 Kamar mesin di beri tahu
 Posisi kapal ada di kamar radio dan diperbarui apabila ada
perubahan

C. K a n d a s (agrounding)
 Tatacara khusus dalam prosedur Kondisi Darurat yang perlu dilakukan
diantaranya :

 Stop mesin
 Bunyikan sirine bahaya
 Pintu-pintu kedap air ditutup
 Nakhoda di beri tahu
 Kamar mesin di beri tahu
 VHF di pindahkan ke chanel 16
 Sinyal tanda bunyi kapal kandas dibunyikan
 Lampu dan sosok-sosok benda dipertunjukkan
 Lampu deck dinyalakan
 Got-got dan tangki-tangki diukur/sounding
 Kedalaman laut di sekitar kapal diukur
 Posisi kapal ada di kamar radio dan diperbarui apabila ada
perubahan

C. Meninggalkan kapal (abandon ship)

Tatacara khusus dalam prosedur Kondisi Darurat yang perlu dilakukan
diantaranya :

 Bunyikan sirine bahaya (internal dan eksternal).

 Siap-siap dalam kondisi darurat.
 Pintu-pintu kedap air ditutup.
 Nakhoda di beri tahu.
 Kamar mesin di beri tahu.
 Posisi kapal ada di kamar radio dan diperbarui apabila ada.
 Berkumpul di sekoci/rakit penolong (meninggalkan kapal) dengan
dengarkan sirine sinyal berkumpul untuk meninggalkan kapal,
misalnya kapal akan terbenam yang dibunyikan atas perintah
Nakhoda.
 Awak kapal berkumpul di deck sekoci (tempat yang telah ditetapkan
dalam sijil darurat).

C. Orang Jatuh ke Laut (man over board)

Tatacara khusus dalam prosedur Kondisi Darurat yang perlu dilakukan
diantaranya :

 Lemparkan pelampung yang telah diperlengkapi dengan lampu

apung dan asap sedekat orang yang jatuh.
 Upayakan orang yang jatuh terlepas dari bentrokan kapal dan
baling baling.
 Posisi dan letak pelampung dilihat.
 Mengatur olah gerak kapal untuk membantu/mendekati korban
(apabila tempat untuk mengatur gerak cukup dianjurkan memakai
cara “ WILLIAMSON TURN “)
 Tugaskan seorang untuk menangani orang yang jatuh agar tetaplah
terlihat.
  Bunyikan 3 (tiga) suling panjang dan diulang sesuai keperluan.
 Regu penolong siap di sekoci.
 Nakhoda di beri tahu.
 Kamar mesin di beri tahu.
 Letak atau posisi kapal relatif pada orang yang jatuh di plot.
 Posisi kapal ada di kamar radio dan diperbarui apabila ada
pergantian.

D. Adapun perlengkapan keselamatan jiwa di taut meliputi:

a) Life saving appliances

– Life boat
– Life jacket
– Life raft
– Bouyant apparatus
– Life buoy
– Line throwing gun
– Life line
– Emergency signal (parachute signal, red hand flare, orange smoke

– Emergency fire pump, fire hidrants

– Sprinkler system (Automatic water spray)
– Axes and crow bars
– Fireman outfits and breathing apparatus
– Sand in boxes.

 Engine Stop

 Ring the Danger sirens

 The waterproof doors are closed

 The skipper in Tell

 The machine room in the Notify

 VHF on the move to the channel 16

 The signal of the vessel's sound is sounded

 Lights and personages are performed

 Deck lights are switched

 Got-got and tanks measured/sounding

 The depth of sea around the vessel is measured

 The ship's position is in the radio room and updated when there is a change

C. Leave the ship (abandon ship)

Special procedures in the emergency procedure that need to be done include:

 Ring the danger sirens (internal and external).

 Ready for emergency.

 The waterproof doors are closed.

 The skipper in the tell.

 The machine room in the Notify.

 The position of the vessel is in the radio room and updated when available.

 Gather in the lifeboats/helpers (leave the ship) by listening to the signal

sirens gathered to leave the ship, for example the ship will be immersed in the
command of the captain.

 The crew gathers on the deck of the Lifeboat (designated place in the
emergency certificate).

C. People falling to the sea (man over board)

Special procedures in the emergency procedure that need to be done include:

 A float that has been equipped with a floating lamp and smoke as close as
the person falling.

 Strive for people who fall apart from clashes of vessels and propeller.

 Position and layout of the buoy seen.

 Arranging a ship to help/approach the victim (if the place to regulate motion
is quite advisable to use the "WILLIAMSON TURN")

 Assign one to deal with the fallen person in order to remain visible.
