TEKS PROSEDUR (FOOD/BEVERAGE RECIPES)

a. Uraian Materi Food / Beverage Recipes


How to make berarti menggambarkan bagaimana cara membuat sesuatu
melalui serangkaian langkah - langkah. Teks prosedur sendiri bertujuan untuk
memberi petunjuk tentang langkah – langkah atau cara – cara dalam membuat.
Contoh teks prosedur tentang resep makanan adalah sebagai berikut:

Nah, Perhatikan contoh – contoh teks prosedur pertama disajikan dalam
bentuk paragraf. Pada teks itu dapat kamu perhatikan kata yang dicetak tebal seperti
first, now, then, dan finally disebut dengan temporal conjuction yang berfungsi untuk
menunjukkan urutan langkah – langkah yang harus dilakukan atau menghubungkan
dari langkah pertama ke langkah selanjutnya.
Kemudian pada contoh teks prosedur yang ke dua perhatikan pada
instructions atau petunjuk pembuatan terdapat kata-kata kerja yang diletakkan di
awal kalimat instruksi tersebut seperti brew, put, add, blend, pour,dan top. Itulah
contoh dari penggunaan kalimat imperative yang digunakan dalam teks prosedur.
Sekali lagi, perhatikan susunan kalimatnya dan nanti kamu bisa mencari di kamus
kata – kata kerja yang belum Kamu ketahui artinya.

tersebut.
Pada umumnya procedure text memiliki struktur teks / susunan teks sebagai
berikut :
1. Goal/aim : berisi tujuan kegiatan atau hal yang akan dilakukan atau
dibuat nantinya.
2. Materials/tools : berisi bahan-bahan atau alat-alat ang dibutuhkan untuk
membuat suatu barang atau melakukan suatu hal.
Dalam procedure text materials adalah optional /
pilihan atau tidak selalu ada.
3. Steps : serangkaian langkah-langkah atau petunjuk yang harus
dilakukan.

How to use/operate berarti menggambarkan bagaimana cara
menggunakan atau mengoperasikan sesuatu melalui serangkaian langkah –
langkah. Teks prosedur sendiri bertujuan untuk memberi petunjuk tentang
langkah-langkah atau cara-cara dalam menggunakan. Contoh teks prosedur
tentang manual adalah sebagai berikut:

Anak-anak, setelah Kamu membaca dan memperhatikan contoh – contoh
teks prosedur di atas, coba Kamu perhatikan adakah perbedaan dari kedua jenis
teks prosedur itu. Ya, betul. Perbedaannya adalah dari tujuan teks. Kalau pada
recipes adalah how to make sedangkan pada manual adalah how to use/operate.
Nah sekarang kita akan membahas tentang struktur teks pada manual. Pada teks
prosedur manual agak sedikit berbeda bagian atau struktur teks, yaitu:
Pada umumnya procedure text manual memiliki struktur teks / susunan teks
sebagai berikut :
1. Goal/aim : berisi tujuan kegiatan atau hal yang akan dilakukan atau
dibuat nantinya.
2. Tool : berisi alat-alat yang diperlukan atau digunakan.
3. Steps : serangkaian langkah-langkah atau petunjuk yang harus
dilakukan.

Jadi, jelaslah perbedaannya bahwa pada manual hanya terdiri dari 3 bagian
atau susunan karena pada manual tidak memerlukan materials atau bahan tetapi
bisa menggunakan alat-alat itupun tidak selalu harus ada.
Untuk ciri-ciri kebahasaan baik teks prosedur bentuk Recipes maupun Manual
adalah menggunakan Imperative dan temporal conjuction (after that, first, then, etc.).

The Steps:

The Steps:
