I. TUJUAN I. PURPOSE OF THE DOCUMENT

Dokumen ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan
langkah-langkah pekerjaan pembersihan
lubang sumur atau tubing dari pasir untuk
memastikan keselamatan kerja bagi personil
yang terlibat.
The purpose of this document is to explain
step by step of clean out wellbore or
production tubing from sand problem to
ensure safety for all personnel involved.

II. RUANG LINGKUP II. SCOPE OF DOCUMENT

VII. PROSEDUR VII. PROCEDURE

1. Buat JSA dan lakukan safety meeting.
2. Pastikan kedalaman Top of Sand (TOS)
berdasarkan data Running Slickline.
3. Pastikan rangkaian dan ukuran BHA.
4. Test sirkulasi (memastikan rangkaian tidak
buntu sebelum rangkaian masuk kedalam
sumur).
5. 30 ft sebelum target kedalaman TOS
lakukan check weight string naik dan
turun.
6. Lakukan sirkulasi untuk mengetahui rate
dan return, lakukan pencatatan parameter.
7. Jika return sudah normal, lanjutkan dengan
menurunkan rangkaian dengan perlahan
untuk pekerjaan sand wash.
8. Lakukan sirkulasi 1,5 bottom up (Direct)
untuk memastikan pasir keluar di return
(shale shaker/tangki return).
9. Sebelum melakukan setiap penyambungan
pipa harus melakukan satu sirkulasi
bottom up tubing untuk menghindari
adanya gravitasi settling pasir.
10. Jika tidak terjadi hambatan lanjut wash

1. Create JSA and perform a routine safety
meeting.
2. Make sure depth Top of Sand (TOS) based
on slicline running history data.
3. Make sure sequence and size BHA.
4. Test circulation (make sure the assy not
plugged before entering into a series of
wells).
5. 30 ft before the target depth of TOS, check
weight string up and down.
6. Perform circulation to determine the rate
and return, record all parameters.
7. While the return already normal, further
lowering string slowly to perform sand
wash.
8. Perform bottom-up circulation of 1.5
(Direct) to make sure the sand out in
return (shale shaker / tank return).
9. Prior to each pipe connecting should
perform a bottom-up circulation tubing to
avoid gravitational settling of sand.
10. If there is no further obstacle wash down

down dengan tetap memperhatikan
Weight Indicator, Pumping Pressure dan
return hingga target program tercapai.
11. Sirkulasi hingga return bersih jika
diperlukan lakukan pemompaan Hi-vis.
12. Cabut rangkaian BHA ke posisi aman
(Wellbore yang lebih besar), standby untuk
memastikan pasir settling selama 1 Jam.
13. Lakukan tag ulang untuk memastikan
kedalaman target sudah bersih.
14. Cabut rangkaian sand wash hingga habis ke
permukaan.
Note : Jika tidak terdapat hambatan
lanjutkan ke No.23.
15. Jika terdapat hambatan lakukan jetting
pump (menaikkan rate pompa)
16. Jika tidak ditemukan kemajuan pekerjaan
setelah di jetting dan diputar lakukan
sirkulasi hingga bersih.
Note : Jika terjadi hilang return (terjadi
formation loss) sebelum target tercapai
17. Stop pompa cabut rangkaian BHA hingga
posisi aman.
18. Observasi dan lakukan program loss
circulation untuk mendapatkan return.
19. Jika return sudah normal lanjut sirkulasi
dan yakinkan return sudah bersih dari
pasir.
20. Lanjut masuk wash down dengan rate
pemompaan yang baru sampai target.
21. Jika return sudah normal lanjut sirkulasi
dan yakinkan return sudah bersih dari
pasir.
22. Cabut rangkaian sampai selesai ke
permukaan.
23. Pengambilan data baru (gambar).
24. Menunggu program selanjutnya.

required, pump down Hi-vis.
12. POOH the BHA to a safe position (larger
wellbore), standby to ensure the sand
settling for 1 Hour.
13. Perform a tag to ascertain the depth of the
target is clean.
14. POOH sand wash assy to surface.
Note: If there are no obstacles continue to
no 23.
15. If there are obstacles perform jetting
(increase pumping rate
16. If there is no progress while jetting and
rotating, circulate until clean.
Note: If there is a no return (formation loss
happened) before the target is reached.
17. Stop the pump pull up the BHA to a safe
position.
18. Observation and perform circulation loss
program to get a return.
19. If the return already normal, continue
circulation and further assure the return is
clean of sand.
20. Continue wash down with new pumping
rate to the target.
21. If the return to normal circulation and
further assure the return is clean of sand.
22. Pull out of hole sand wash string assy to
the surface.
23. Taking the new data (image).
24. Waiting for the next program.
