 PENGERTIAN

Keluarga Berencana (KB) adalah

suatu program yang dicanangkan
pemerintah dalam upaya peningkatan
kepedulian dan peran serta
masyarakat melalui pendewasaan
usia perkawinan (PUP), pengaturan
kelahiran, pembinaan ketahanan
keluarga, peningkatan kesejahteraan
keluarga kecil, bahagia dan sejahtera.

TUJUAN:
Pelayanan kontrasepsi sebagai sebagian dari pelayanan KB
merupakan bagian dari pelayanan kesehatan, jenis pelayanan
yang dapat diberikan kepada konsumen pada kemampuan
fasilitas kesehatan dan ini berhubungan dengan jenjang
pelayanan.

 PIL KB: combined pill

This is the most common type. It contains two

hormones - estrogen and Progesterone which

the pill.

Injections may reduce heavy or painful periods and may give some

Kontrasepsi yang menggunakan sutikan mengandung hormon
sintetik. Penyuntikan ini dilakukan 2-3 kali dalam sebulan.
Suntikan setiap 3 bulan (Depoprovera), setiap 10 minggu
(Norigest), dan setiap bulan (Cyclofem).

Salah satu keuntungan suntikan adalah tidak mengganggu produksi ASI.

Pemakaian hormon ini juga bisa mengurangi rasa nyeri dan darah haid
yang keluar.
ES: tubuh mengalami kenaikan berat badan karena menigkatnya nafsu
makan.

Tak hanya itu membuat lendir rahim menjadi tipis sehingga menstruasi
menjadi sedikit, bahkan beberapa wanita tidak mengalami menstruasi
