Safety – Keselamatan
Objek:
1. Peralatan: kegagalan fungsi, kinerja yang buruk
2. Lingkungan: listrik, suhu, kelembaban
3. Peralatan penunjang: UPS, Injector, pendant, alat operasi, printer, dlsb.
Jenis:
1. Elektrikal
2. Mekanikal
3. Radiasi
4. Bio hazard

Keselamatan
Pasien, Pengguna, Umum
6
Kegagalan fungsi alat
- Sebelum pemeriksaan
- tertunda pelayanan kepada pasien
- Saat pemeriksaan:
- Pemeriksaan harus diulang
- Pemeriksaan terhenti tidak dapat dilanjutkan
- Keselamatan pasien pada pemeriksaan invasif
- Setelah pemeriksaan
- Post processing tidak dapat dilakukan
- Hasil pemeriksaan hilang
7
Kegagalan fungsi alat

detection:
- Limit switch
- Pembatas arus
- Bodyguard
10
Keselamatan Radiasi
Kepada pasien:
- Optimum image quality
- Skin dose
- Air Kerma / DAP
Kepada user/operator:
- Proteksi pribadi

Trends & challenges:
Effects of radiation dose
While the benefits of CV procedures to the patients are undisputable, all these procedures
contribute to high accumulated radiation doses to the patient population with consequent
stochastic effects or skin burns.

Same IQ at 73% less X-ray dose*!
In an interventional application, the AlluraClarity Series an equivalent similar diagnostic image quality in digital subtraction neuro-angiographic exams at an average of
73%* lower X-ray dose compared to the previous default settings.
* In a clinical study, the measured dose reduction ranged from 70%-75% at 2 frames per second.
NOTE: In clinical practice, the use of AlluraClarity Series , the X-ray dose reduction may vary, depending on the clinical task, patient size, anatomical location, and clinical
practice. To determine the appropriate X-ray dose to obtain diagnostic image quality for the particular clinical task, please consult your physicist or radiologist.

Procedural patient dose per cardiologist
- Results on dose and IQ: one patient comparison -
Patient (male, 60 years old, 169 cm, 63 kg) treated with AlluraXper and AlluraClarity by
cardiologist 1.
CA performed with Allura Xper:
FT= 5.4 min, CMV= 55cc, nr images= 2110, DAP= 102Gy.cm^2.
Eight months later the patient returned for a routine follow up, with AlluraClarity:
FT= 6.9 min, CMV= 76 cc, nr images=2300, DAP=43.5 Gy.cm^2 (reduction of 57%)

Customizable & resizable pre-configured layout, change
signal sources on-the-fly & Fast access to all application
including 3rd party within one screen
occupation”)
