VOLUME PEKERJAAN TANAH

4.1 Perhitungan Galian Dan Timbunan


Perhitungan galian dan timbunan ini langsung menggunakan daerah
galian dan timbunan pada alinemen vertikal. Dimana luas daerah
timbunan dan galian tersebut setara grafis sesuai gambar (potongan
melintang).
Adapun luas daerah galian dan timbunan itu sendiri dihitung secara
grafis perpotongan melintang (titik/stasioning), dengan menggunakan
metode atau cara luasan daerah segitiga, empat persegi, trapesium yang
sebelumnya tiap-tiap gambar potongan melintang tersebut telah dibagi –
bagi dengan beberapa luasan / untuk segmen untuk daerah galian dan
timbunan.
Setelah luasan untuk semua daerah galian dan timbunan setiap titik-
titik tersebut sudah diperoleh, maka didapat total volume galian dan
timbunan yang kita cari dengan mengalikan tiap-tiap luas galian dan
timbunan masing -masing titik dengan jarak antar titik dan dibagi dua.
Perlu diperhatikan dalam penentuan volume pekerjaan tanah (galian
dan timbunan), daerah / volume galian harus lebih besar / banyak daripada
volume timbunan. Sehingga pada pelaksanaan dilapangan dapat menekan
biaya dan hal tersebut dapat dilaksanakan.
Perhitungan ini langsung menggunakan galian atau timbunan pada
profil memanjang (alinyemen vertikal) yaitu dengan membagi daerah
galian atau timbunan dengan beberapa bagian.
Rumus :
Jarak antar titik = stasioning akhir – stasioning awal.

4.2Data Perencanaan Elevasi Proyek
Untuk menghitung elevasi lebar perkerasan dan elevasi bahu jalan
dengan menggunakan persamaan berikut:

• Elevasi Perkerasan = elevasi rencana perkerasan +/ − [lereng


melintang perkerasan (ketentuan sesuai klasifikasi jalan) × lebar
perkerasan (ketentuan sesuai klasifikasi jalan)]

keterangan : (+) = STA jalan yang terdapat di STA SC = CS di


kawasan tikungan
(-) = STA jalan yang terdapat diluar kawasan tikungan
elevasi perkerasan = elevasi rencana untuk jalan didalam kawasan
tikungan diluar SC = CS

• Elevasi Bahu Jalan = elevasi rencana perkerasan − [lereng


melintang bahu (ketentuan sesuai klasifikasi jalan) × lebar bahu
jalur (ketentuan sesuai klasifikasi jalan)]
