PEMELIHARAAN LISTRIK SEPEDA MOTOR

A. Tujuan:
4.13.Setelah mengikuti demonstrasi dan menggali informasi, peserta didik dapat:
4.13.1. Peserta didik dapat melaksanakan perawatan berkala system pengisian dengan
baik dan benar.

4.13.2. Peserta didik dapat menunjukan perawatan berkala system pengisian dengan
baik dan benar..

B. Peralatan dan Bahan :

Alat dan Bahan:

1) Unit sepeda motor


2) Toolbox set.
3) Multitester
4) Hydrotester.
5) Kain lap/majun.

C. Keselamatan Kerja :

- Gunakan alat dan bahan sesuai dengan fungsi dan kegunaannya

- Ikutilah instruksi dari instruktur/guru ataupun prosedur kerja yang tertera pada lembar
kerja.

D. Langkah Kerja

1. Pemeriksaan tahanan kumparan pembangkit/stator.
- Dalam keadaan terpasang/terlepas periksa tahanan kumparan melalui konektor
terminal alternator (atau dapat pula pada konektor rectifier/regulator), dengan
menggunakan ohm meter apakah ada hubungan atau terputus.

Standart:
Kabel massa (hijau): ada kontinuitas
Kabel kump.pengisian (putih): 0,2 – 2 Ω (20°C/68°F)
Kabel kump.penerangan (kuning): 0,1 – 1,5Ω (20°C/68°F)
Pemeriksaan magnet/rotor secara visual apakah ada keretakan, kotoran, kondisi
pasak/spie pada poros engkol.

Apakah kondisinya retak, ada kotoran atau kondisi pasak/spie.


2. Pemeriksaan dan perawatan baterai
- Secara visual periksa jumlah cairan elektrolit.
*Jika jumlah dari cairan elektrolit kurang, maka tambah sampai pada batas antara
garis bawah dan atas.
- Periksa berat jenis baterai.
* Berat jenis cairan baterai ideal adalah 1,260. Apabila kurang, maka baterai perlu
distrum (charged), sedangkan apabila berat jenis cairan baterai berlebihan maka
tambahkan air suling sampai mencapai berat jenis ideal.

-Periksa pipa/slang ventilasi baterai.


* Perhatikan kerusakan pipa/slang ventilasi dari kebocoran, tersumbat maupun
kesalahan letak/jalur pemasangannya.

3. Pemeriksaan kunci kontak.


* Periksa kerja dan hubungan antar terminal kontak menggunakan multitester.
4. Pemeriksaan Regulator
- Periksa socket kabel regulator
- Periksa baut pengunci regulator
- Periksa connector terhadap terminal-terminal yang longgar atau berkarat
- Ukur dengan menggunakan multitester tahanan pada terminal konektor
regulator.
- jika tahanan tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi maka ganti regulator dengan yang
baru.

- Periksa bagian pengunci bodi sepeda motor


- Apabila terdapat komponen yang tidak memenuhi kriteria penggunaan , buat
cacatan tersendiri untuk penggantian atau perawatan.
Mengganti Regulator
- Lakukan penggantian komponen Regulator yang tidak memenuhi standar
pabrik dengan membersihkan komponen terlebih dahulu.
- Lakukan penggantian komponen dengan spesifikasi yang benar
