ABSTRAK
Beginning in 2020, humanity throughout the world was shaken by the Corona Virus
pandemic (Covid-19) which caused panic everywhere. Hundreds of thousands of
people were infected and thousands more died. For in Indonesia, the government has
given appeals to the community in overcoming this epidemic to be effective and
efficient. But in reality there are still many Indonesian people who do not heed this
appeal. Therefore this study aims to analyze why some people cause such behavior to
impact corona, and how to overcome it. The results show that the behavior displayed
by people who do not comply with government appeals is based on cognitive biases.
In addition to analyzing the behavior of Indonesian people and how to handle it, this
also presents tips for maintaining mental well-being in a positive psychological
approach to all impacts that occur

Pendahuluan
Pada awal tahun 2020 ini dunia dikejutkan dengan wabah virus corona (Covid-19)
yang menginfeksi hampir seluruh negara di dunia. WHO Semenjak Januari 2020 telah
menyatakan dunia masuk kedalam darurat global terkait virus ini?. Ini merupakan
fenomena biasa yang terjadi di bumi pada abad ke 21, yang skalanya mungkin dapat
disamakan dengan Perang Dunia II, karena event-event skala besar (pertandingan-
pertandingan olahraga internasional contohnya) hampir seluruhnya ditunda bahkan
dibatalkan. Kondisi ini pernah terjadi hanya pada saat terjadi perang dunia saja, tidak
pernah ada situasi lainnya yang dapat membatalkan acara-acara tersebut. Terhitung
mulai tanggal 19 Maret 2020 sebanyak 214.894 orang terinfeksi virus corona, 8.732
orang meninggal dunia dan pasien yang telah sembuh sebanyak 83.313 orang'.
Khusus di Indonesia sendiri Pemerintah telah mengeluarkan status darurat bencana
terhitung mulai tanggal 29 Februari 2020 hingga 29 Mei 2020 terkait pandemi virus
ini dengan jumlah waktu 91 hari'. Langkah-langkah telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah
untuk dapat menyelesaikan kasus luar biasa ini, salah satunya adalah dengan
mensosialisasikan gerakan Social Distancing. Konsep ini menjelaskan bahwa untuk
dapat mengurangi bahkan memutus mata rantai infeksi Covid-19 seseorang harus
menjaga jarak aman dengan manusia lainnya minimal 2 meter, dan tidak melakukan
kontak langsung dengan orang lain, menghindari pertemuan massals. Tetapi banyak
masyarakat yang tidak menyikapi hal ini dengan baik, seperti contohnya pemerintah
sudah meliburkan para siswa dan mahasiswa untuk tidak berkuliah atau bersekolah
ataupun memberlakukan bekerja didalam rumah, namun kondisi ini malahan
dimanfaatkan oleh banyak masyarakat untuk berlibur. Selain itu, walaupun Indonesia
sudah dalam keadaan darurat masih saja akan dilaksanakan tabligh akbar, dimana
akan berkumpul ribuan orang di satu tempat, yang jelas dapat menjadi mediator
terbaik bagi penyebaran virus corona dalam skala yang jauh lebih besar
Dan karna tersebarnya waabah ini banyak daampak negative yang di rasakan oleh
masyarakat dari segi ekonomi , social, pekerjaaan dan lainnya
Metodologi Penelitian

Metodologi penelitian adalah proses atau cara ilmiah untuk mendapatkan data yang akan
digunakan untuk keperluan penelitian. Metodologi juga merupakan analisis teoretis mengenai
suatu cara atau metode.pada tulisan ini saya mengambil sumber dari 3 orang
narasumber, yang pertama adalah Norjani (49th ) adalah seorang tokoh masyarakat
ataau ketua RT 08 keluraahaan basirih selatan Banjarmasin yang juga beprofesi
sebagai guru pns . yang kedua adalah Zahra (38th ) seorang pedagan di pasar
hanyar ramayana dan yang terakhir adalah Yasin (40th ) yang bekerja sebagai
pegawai puskesmas .
Metologi yang digunakan adalah wawancara Penelitian ini menggunakan metode
wawancara. Wawancara adalah proses memperoleh keterangan untuk
tujuan penelitian dengan tanya jawab sambil bertatap muka antara si penanya atau
pewawancara dengan si penjawab atau informan dengan menggunakan alat yang
dinamakan interview guide (panduan wawancara) (Nazir, 1999).
Hasil dan Diskusi
Dampak Yang Terjadi Akibat Covid 19
Wabah corona atau virus covid 19 kini sudah menyebar luas di seluruh penjuru dunia yang sudah
banyak memakan korban jiwa . Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang terkena wabah ini
dan sudah berstatus darurat nasional .
Hampir tiap daerah di Indonesia sudahh terinfeksi virus ini dan setiap hari presentasi penyebaran
virus ini terus bertambah yang menyebabkaan pemerintah daerah mengambil tidakan untuk
menyikapinya . sepertihalnya kota Banjarmasin yang juga salaah satu daerah yang terinfeksi
virus ini tercatat pada tanggal 26 april 2020 ada 43 orang yang telah dinyatakan positif di
Banjarmasin. Dengan keadaan keadaan yang terus darurat ini msaka pemerintah kota
Banjarmasin menjalankan sistem PSBB untuk pencegahan virus ini.
Dengan adanya pandemic virus ini memberikan dampaak besar pada masrakat sebagai berikut
Dengan metode wawancara saya menyiapkan 3 pedomaan pertanyaan yang berbeda saya
tanyakan kepada narasumber terkait aspek-aspek yang terjadi akibat corona ini

3. Bagaimana pendapat bapak/ibu tentang dampak dari covid 19 terhadap aspek
lingkungan ? Dan bagaimana anda mengatasinnya
Respond dan pernyataan yang diberikan oleh narasumber dalam menanggapi pertanyaan yang
saya berikan sangatlah menari beerikut adalah pernyatanya :
1. Norjani (49th)
 Bagaimana pendapat bapak/ibu tentang dampak dari covid 19 terhadap aspek
social? Dan bagaimana anda mengatasinnya ?
“ dampak yang terjadi dari covid 19 ini dari segi sosialnya sangat Nampak dan
memberi pengaruh yang besar sebab kita jadi mempunyai batasan dalam berintraksi
kepada orang orang dan sulit untuk kemana-mana naamun bagi saya tidaklah
berdampak tterlalu besar dikarnakan saya adalah seorang guru pns yang mempunyai
gajih pasti yang akan masuk ke rekening saya yang perlu kita perhatikan adalah
orang-orang yang belum tentu bisa mendapatkan uang dari berdiam saja pasti
dampak ssosial ini juga berdampak kepada ekonomi mereka. Untuk mengatasinya
kita masih bissa ber intraksi namun jaga-jaga saja jarak ikuti anjuran pemerintah
selain menjaga diri sendiri juga menjaga orang lain ”
 Dari jawaban pa norjani ini kita mengetahui memang dampak social yang terjadi
akibat pandemic covid 19 ini sangatlah besar terhadap kita yang mana sekarang
telah membatasi intraksi kita dengan orang lain dari anjuran dirumahh saja,
bekerja dari rumah , dan belajar dari rumaah serta himbauan untuk social
distanching juga psbb yang telah di tetapkan oleh pemerintah daaerah dan dampak
social ini menurut pa norjani tadi bahwa bagi pns masih berdampak kecil karna
hanya membatasi intraksi dan tujuan ingin kemna saja tapi berbeda dengan orang
yang non pns yang juga berdampak ekonomi akibat dampak social ini

2. Zahra (38)

ekonomi ? Dan bagaimana anda mengatasinnya

“ akibat dari corona ini bagi saya adalah jualan sepi akibatnya adalah dengan
terjadinya batasan social dan berita – berita negative tentang wabah ini
menyebabkan orang- orang banyaak yang tidak kepasar dan sebagian takut untuk
pergi kepasar karna takut tertular virus ini hingga mengakibatkan toko saya tutup
karna tidak ada pembeli sehinga ekonomi saya pum menurun dan terpaksa
memakai uang tabungan untuk mencukupi kebutuhan sehari-hari , saya
mengatassi aspek ini dengan berjualan online yang alhamdulillaah sedikit
membantu ekonomi saya di msa begini”

 Dari pernyataan yang di uraikan oleh ibu Zahra tadi menegaskan bahwa covid 19
ini membeeri akibat yang sangat besar bagi mereka yang ber profesi sebagai
pedangan yang mana sumber ekonomi mereka berasal dari hasil jual beli , apabila
 tidak ada pembveli maka itu dapat membuat ekonomi mereka menurun , dan
antisipasi dari ibu Zahra ini sangatlaah bagus dalam mensiasati pandemic ini
dengan cara berjualan online agar bisa membantu perekonomian .
3. Yasin (40th)

 Bagaimana pendapat bapak/ibu tentang dampak dari covid 19 terhadap aspek

lingkungan ? Dan bagaimana anda mengatasinnya

”lingkungan saat ini menurut saya kurang baik dan kurang sehat akibat covid 19
ini karna tanpa kita ketahui virus bisa berada dimana saja terlebih di lingkungan
yang kurang bersih dan belum di beri disinfektan hal ini dapat menjadi pemicu
terjadinya penularan terhadap kita . mengatasinya dengan sering menjaga
kebersihan diri dan lingkungan juga Mencuci tangan dengan sabun .

 Dari tanggapan di pak yasin tadi menjjelaskan bahwa linkungan kita sedang tidak
baik-baik saja dan tidak dalam keadaan normal karna bisa saja virus terdapat pada
sesuatu yang terlihat bersih maka dari itu sebaiknya kita lebih menjaga kebersiah
diri dan lingkunga, turuti himbauan pemerintah dan dirumah saja
Kesimpulan
Dengan adanya pernyataan dari hasil wawancara di atas dapat kita simpulkan bahwa pandemic
wabah virus corona covid 19 ini memberi dampak dari segala aspek termasuk aspek
social,ekonomi,dan lingkungan yang telah kita bahas tadi.
Akibat dari pandemic ini akses umum maupun fasilitas umum ditutup untuk sementara agar
mengurangi mobilitas masyarakat agar mengurangi ancaman penularan virus ini salah satu
caranya yaitu dengan membatasi intraksi social atau pemabtasan social dengan himbauan social
distancing dan penerapan psbb oleh pemerintah daerah
Pembatasan social ini pun memberi banyak dampak pada aspek ekonomi masyarakat khususnya
bekerja sebagai pedangan dan buruh yang bergantung pada intraksi umum .
Namun untuk berintraksi pada saat sekarang sangat lah membahayakan mengingat daeri segi
li8ngkungan yang kurang sehat karna virus bbisa berada dimna saja maka dari it terus ikuti
anjuran pemerintah dan dirrumah saja

Preliminary

In early 2020 the world was shocked by the corona virus outbreak (Covid-19) which
infected almost all countries in the world. WHO Since January 2020 has declared the
world into a global emergency related to this virus ?. This is a normal phenomenon
that occurs on earth in the 21st century, the scale of which may be likened to World
War II, because large-scale events (international sporting events for example) are
almost entirely postponed or even canceled. This condition only happened during the
world war, there was never any other situation that could cancel these events. As of
March 19, 2020, 214,894 people were infected with the corona virus, 8,732 people
died and 83,313 people were recovered. Specifically in Indonesia, the Government
has issued a state of disaster emergency from 29 February 2020 to 29 May 2020
related to this virus pandemic with a total of 91 days' time. Steps have been taken by
the government to resolve this extraordinary case, one of which is to socialize the
Social Distancing movement. This concept explains that in order to reduce or even
break the Covid-19 infection chain, one must maintain a safe distance from other
humans at least 2 meters, and not make direct contact with others, avoiding mass
encounters. But many people do not respond to this well, for example the government
has dismissed students and students not to go to college or go to school or enforce
work at home, but this condition is even utilized by many people for a vacation. In
addition, even though Indonesia is already in an emergency situation there will still be
a grand tabligh, where thousands of people will gather in one place, which clearly can
be the best mediator for the spread of the corona virus on a much larger scale
And because of the spread of this waabah many negative impacts are felt by the
community in terms of economic, social, employment and others

Research methodology

Research methodology is a scientific process or way to obtain data that will be used
for research purposes. The methodology is also a theoretical analysis of a method or
method. In this paper I take the source of 3 speakers, the first being Norjani (49) is a
community leader or the head of RT 08 in Basirih, South Banjarmasin, who is also a
professional teacher. the second is Zahra (38) a trader at the Ramayana hanyar market
and the last is Yasin (40) who works as a health center employee.
The methodology used is interviews This research uses the interview method.
Interview is the process of obtaining information for research purposes with question
and answer face to face between the questioner or interviewer with the answerer or
informant using a tool called an interview guide (Nazir, 1999).
 Results and Discussion
Impacts Caused by Covid 19
The corona outbreak or covid 19 virus has now spread widely throughout the world
that has claimed many lives. Indonesia is one of the countries affected by this
epidemic and has a national emergency status.
Almost every region in Indonesia has been infected with this virus and every day the
presentation of the spread of this virus continues to grow which causes local
governments to take action to respond to it. like the city of Banjarmasin which is also
one of the areas infected with this virus was recorded on April 26 2020 there were 43
people who have tested positive in Banjarmasin. With this state of emergency that
continues, the city government of Banjarmasin runs a PSBB system to prevent this
virus.
With the existence of a pandemic this virus gives a big impact on the community as
follows
With the interview method I prepared 3 different guiding questions. I asked the
interviewee regarding aspects that occurred due to this corona.

1. Norjani (49th)
• What do you think about the impact of co-19 on social aspects? And how do you
handle it?
"The impact that occurs from Covid 19 from a social perspective is very visible and
gives a great influence because we have limitations in interacting with people and it is
difficult to go anywhere, but for me it does not have too big an impact because I am a
civil servant teacher who has a salary certainly those who will enter my account that
we need to pay attention to are people who may not necessarily be able to get money
from silence, this social impact will also affect their economy. To overcome this, we
can still interact, but just keep the distance from following the government's
recommendations, aside from protecting ourselves, also protecting others "
• From this pa Norjani answer, we know that the social impact of the 19th Pandemic
pandemic is very big for us, which has now limited our interactions with others from
suggestions at home, working from home, and learning from homes and appeals for
social distribution. also the PSBB which has been set by the regional government and
social impact according to Pa Norjani said that for civil servants there is still a small
impact because it only limits the intractions and goals to go anywhere but different
from non-PNs people who also have economic impacts due to this social impact

2. Zahra (38)
• What do you think about the impact of co-19 on the economic aspects? And how do
you handle it

"As a result of this corona for me, it is lonely selling. The result is social restrictions
and negative news about this epidemic that causes many people who are not to the
market and some are afraid to go to the market because they are afraid of contracting
the virus, causing my shop to close because it does not there are buyers so my
economy is declining and forced to use savings to meet my daily needs, I overcome
this aspect by selling online which thank God a little helps my economy in this way.

• From the statement described by Zahra's mother, it was emphasized that Covid 19
had a very big effect on those who had professions as a sword, where their economic
resources came from the sale and purchase results, if there were no breaches, it could
make their economy decline, and the anticipation from Zahra's mother is very good in
anticipating this pandemic by selling online so that it can help the economy.

3. Yasin (40 years old)

• What do you think about the impact of covid 19 on environmental aspects? And
how do you handle it

"In my opinion, the current environment is not good and unhealthy due to Covid 19
because without us knowing the virus can be anywhere, especially in an environment
that is less clean and has not been given a disinfectant, this can be a trigger for
transmission to us. overcome them by frequently maintaining personal hygiene and
the environment as well Washing hands with soap.

• The response from Mr. Yasin explained that our environment is not okay and not in
normal conditions because the virus can be found in something that looks clean and
therefore we should be more self-sustaining and environment, to obey the government
and at home
Conclusion
With the statement from the interview results above we can conclude that the
pandemic corona covid 19 virus outbreak has an impact on all aspects including
social, economic, and environmental aspects that we have discussed earlier.
As a result of this pandemic public access and public facilities are temporarily closed
in order to reduce the mobility of the community in order to reduce the threat of
transmission of this virus, one of the ways is by limiting social intimidation or social
retribution by calling for social distancing and the application of PSBB by local
governments
This social restriction also has many impacts on the economic aspects of society,
especially working as traders and laborers who depend on general intimacy.
However, to interact at the present time is very dangerous considering the
environmental aspects of the environment are unhealthy because the virus is just
where it is so continue to follow the government's advice and just stay home
