Meningkatnya Kebutuhan manusia akan pelayanan public secara cepat dan
efektif, mendorong kontribusi akan peningkatan penggunaan teknologi , salah
satu bentuk pelayanan publik yang perlu diperhatikan ialah pelayanan publik
dibidang sarana prasarana hiburan, banyak tempat hiburan belum memiliki
sarana prasana yang memadai contohnya dalam hal pembelian tiket masuk
dalam hal ini banyak ditemukan beberapa permasalahan seperti harga yang
ditetapkan secara semena-mena,lambatnya proses transaksi tiket dan lain -lain.
