Based on the contractor's CV, NURKILAWAN PRADANA, work is being done on the
Jailolo Port Work Area Office Building Construction project. To track the percentage of job
progress and as a reference, they are only using the produced S curve. In the absence of a
network or network planning as the suitable reference for obtaining precise information and
regulating activities, this will permit delays in the execution of project work, which will result
in cost overruns. One method for performing schedule management analysis is the Critical
Path Method (CPM). The financial plans and schedules obtained from the implementing
contractor serve as the secondary data for this study, which uses a quantitative
methodology. By figuring out The analysis method is carried out by identifying activity
descriptions, generating network diagrams, allocating time for each activity, and identifying
significant paths. The study using the CPM approach produced a result of 100 working
days in addition to more detailed information in the form of significant paths and tasks that
had a delay time, enabling the project manager to keep control of the project and avoid
delays and cost overruns.
