Kerja dan Kemampuan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Kantor Kelurahan

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh disiplin


terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kelurahan Sitinjak Kecamatan Angkola
Barat. Bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor
Kelurahan Sitinjak Kecamatan Angkola Barat. Bagaimana pengaruh kemampuan
kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kelurahan Sitinjak Kecamatan Angkola
Barat. Bagaimana pengaruh disiplin, lingkungan kerja dan kemampuan kerja
terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kelurahan Sitinjak Kecamatan Angkola
Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin terhadap
kinerja pegawai. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja
pegawai. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja
pegawai. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin, lingkungan kerja dan kemampuan
kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini
berjumlah 30 orang pegawai. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah
analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Dengan hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa disiplin, lingkungan kerja dan kemampuan kerja secara
simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor
Kelurahan Sitinjak Kecamatan Angkola Barat karena nilai Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu
(13.815 > 2.960). Disiplin secara partial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan
terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kelurahan Sitinjak Kecamatan Angkola Barat
karena nilai thitung > ttabel (2.539 > 1.700). Kemampuan kerja secara partial
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kelurahan
Sitinjak Kecamatan Angkola Barat karena nilai thitung > ttabel (3.901 > 1.700).
Lingkungan kerja secara partial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kelurahan Sitinjak Kecamatan Angkola Barat karena
nilai thitung > ttabel (2.431 > 1.700). Disiplin, lingkungan kerja dan kemampuan
kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kelurahan
Sitinjak Kecamatan Angkola Barat sebesar 57% dan sisanya sebesar 43%
dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti

This formula research internal issue is influence of discipline to officer


performance in Office Sub-District of Sitinjak District Angkola West. How
environmental influence work to officer performance in Office Sub-District of
Sitinjak District Angkola West. How influence of ability work to officer
performance in Office Sub-District of Sitinjak District Angkola West. How
influence of discipline, environmental work and ability work to officer
performance in Office Sub-District of Sitinjak District Angkola West. Target of
this research is to know influence of discipline to officer performance. To know
environmental influence work to officer performance. To know influence of ability
work to officer performance. To know influence of discipline, environmental work
and ability work to officer performance. Population and of sampel in this
research amount to 30 officer people. Technique analyse data in this research is
descriptive analysis and analysis of regresi multiple linier. With research result
indicate that discipline, environmental work and ability work by simultan have an
effect on positive and significant it to officer performance in Office Sub-District of
Sitinjak District Angkola West because value of Fcount > Ftable that is (13.815 >
2.960). Discipline by partial have an effect on positive and significant it to officer
performance in Office Sub-District of Sitinjak District Angkola West because
value of tcount > ttable (2.539 > 1.700). Ability of work by partial have an effect
on positive and significant it to officer performance in Office Sub-District of
Sitinjak District Angkola West because value of tcount > ttable (3.901 > 1.700).
Environment work by partial have an effect on positive and significant it to officer
performance in Office Sub-District of Sitinjak District Angkola West because
value of tcount > ttable (2.431 > 1.700). Discipline, environmental work and
ability of work by simultan have an effect on to officer performance in Office Sub-
District of Sitinjak District Angkola West equal to 57% and the rest equal to 43%
influenced by other factors which don’t check.
