1. Tidak meliputi detail desain arsitektur, struktur, MEP, instalasi gas, dan spesial instalasi (hanya pre-konsep arsitektur) dan mendapatkan jenis material dan jenis penanaman yang digunakan (schematic design)
2. Desain Schematic (schematic design - SD) hanya sampai dengan coloring plan, section, vital/enlarge section tanpa detail material
3. Gambar SD mendapatkan ilustrasi, tanpa BQ dan RAB detail, hanya sebatas rough RAB.
4. Setelah disetujui, maka akan ada proses persetujuan kerjasama proyek yang dilanjutkan dengan penandatanganan SPK dan DP 30%
