HUBUNGAN PERSEPSI PESERTA DIDIK TERHADAP KOMPETENSI

PEDAGOGIK GURU DENGAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK
KELAS X SMA NEGERI 1 MATAKALI

Abstrak
Persepsi peserta didik adalah proses perlakuan siswa terhadap informasi tentang guru yang mengajar di
kelas, melalui pengamatan dengan indra yang dimiliki, sehingga siswa dapat memberi arti serta
mengintepretasikan objek yang diamatinya. Hasil belajar peserta didik dapat menentukan tingkat
keberhasilan guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui
hubungan persepsi peserta didik terhadap kompetensi guru dengan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X SMA
Negeri 1 Matakali. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional.
Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah semua peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Matakali
dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 51 peserta didik, terdiri dari X MIA 26 orang dan X IIS 25 orang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa angket persepsi peserta didik dan dokumentasi
hasil belajar peserta didik. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 22. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji normalitas persepsi peserta didik memiliki nilai sginifkan 0,073
yang menunjukkan data bersifat normal dan untukhasil uji normalitas hasil belajar memiliki nilai
signifikan 0,200 yang menunjukkan bahwa data tersebut juga bersifat normal. Hasil uji linearitas
menunjukkan bahwa kedua data memiliki hubungan yang linear dengan nilai sig. 0,623. Hasil uji
homogenitas menunjukkan bahwa kedua data memiliki varian yang homogeny dengan nilai sig. 0,437.
Adapun hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa pearson correlation 0,494 yang berada pada kategori cukup
dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan
antara persepsi peserta didik terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru dengan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas
X SMA Negeri 1 Matakali.

Abstract
Learner perception is the process of students' treatment of information about teachers who teach in class,
through obse rvation with their senses, so that students can give meaning and interpret the objects they
observe. Student learning outcomes can determine the level of teacher success in the learning process. The
purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between students' perceptions of teacher
competence and the learning outcomes of class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Matakali. This research is
quantitative research with correlational research type. The population used in this study were all students
of class X SMA Negeri 1 Matakali and the sample used was 51 students, consisting of X MIA 26 people
and X IIS 25 people. This study uses a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire of students'
perceptions and documentation of students' learning outcomes. The results showed that the results of the
normality test of students' perceptions had a significant value of 0.073 which indicated that the data was
normal and for the results of the normality test of learning outcomes had a significant value of 0.200
which indicated that the data was also normal. The linearity test results show that both data have a linear
relationship with a sig value. 0,623. The homogeneity test results show that both data have homogeneous
variants with a sig value. 0,437. As for the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that the Pearson
correlation is 0.494 which is in the strong enough category with a significant value of 0.000
