 Pendahuluan

“ Materi ini dibuat secara khusus guna membekali konselor sekolah untuk membuat perencanaan
bimbingan klasikal atau lintas kelas dengan memahami konsep pelayanan, konsep manajemen kelas,
pendekatan sistematis dalam manajemen kelas dan menentukan Teknik layanan dalam bimbingan
klasikal sehingga konselor mampu melaksanakan layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang
memandirikan, melalui aktivitas layanan individual, kelompok, klasikal dan kelas besar/lintas kelas
dengan menerapkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk membangun sikap (karakter Indonesia),
pengetahuan, dan keterampilan peserta didik dalam mengembangkan potensi, mencegah, dan “
memecahkan masalah serta pemeliharan dan pengembangan potensi diri secara humanis, kritis,
kreatif, inovatif, kolaboratif, dan komunikatif, dengan menggunakan model, sumber, dan media layanan
bimbingan dan konseling yang didukung hasil penelitian

 A. KONSEP DASAR LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KLASIKAL ATAU LINTAS KELAS

A. PENGERTIAN
Layanan Dasar adalah
proses pemberian bantuankepada seluruh konseli melalui kegiatan penyiapan pengalaman terstruktur secara klasikal atau kelompok yan
g disajikan secara sistematis dalam rangka mengembangkan perilaku jangka panjang sesuai dengan tahap dan tugas-tugas perkembanga
n (yang dituangkan sebagai standar kompetensi kemandirian) yang diperlukan dalam pengembangan kemampuan memilih dan mengam
bil keputusan dalam menjalani kehidupannya

 B. KONSEP DASAR MANAJEMEN KELAS

A. PENGERTIAN
Secara umum Manajemen kelas adalah cara guru mengorganisir struktur kelas dengan memaksimalka
n kerjasama dan keterlibatan siswa serta menurunkan perilaku disruptif.
Secara Khusus dalam Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling,Manajemen kelas dapat didefinisikan sebagai Tindakan
konselor atau guru untuk menciptakan suatu lingkungan yang mendukung dan memfasilitasi siswa untuk belajar
secara akademik maupun sosial-emosional merespon kebutuhan

B. TUJUAN 04
1. Membantu siswa untuk menghabiskan lebih banyak waktu untuk belajar.
2. Membantu siswa untuk mengurangi waktu yang tidak diarahkan untuk di alokasikan untuk tujuan belajar.
(Kedua tujuan ini saling terkait, artinya semakin tinggi tingkat alokasi waktu siswa untuk belajar dalam bimbingan klasikal,

maka perilaku off task atau perilaku yangtidak relevan dengan kegiatan belajar akan semakin berkurang)
3. Mencegah siswa mengalami masalah akademik dan esmosional.

1. Mendesain Lingkungan Fisik
Lingkungan fisik sangat berkontribusi terhadap proses bimbingan klasikal. Oleh karena itu, pengelola kelas yang baik
akan sadar pentingnya menata lingkungan fisik yang mendukung terjalinnya interaksi konselor-siswa. Dengan demikian,
penataan lingkungan fisik bukan sekedar isu tentang menata barang di kelas. Berikut ini adalah prinsip-prinsip dalam
penataan kelas.
