SHAKEHAND GRIP

Cara memegang bet yang sering

digunakan oleh banyak pemain.Cara
mememang ini sangat efektif untuk
bermain bertahan dan menyerang.
Dengan shakehand grip ini pemain
dapat dengan mudah memukul
dengan kuat ke semua sudut meja.
Memegang shakehand grip seperti
orang melakukan jabat tangan

PENHOLD GRIP

Cara memegang bet seprti orang yang memegang pena.

Cara memegang ini hanya digunakan pada satu
permukaan bet. Seperti yang dijelaskan. Penhold grip
atau memegang tangkai bet hanya dapat digunakan untuk
satu permukaan bet saja. Cara memegang ini sangat
efektif untuk pukulan forehand tetapi kurang efektif
untuk pukulan backhand. Cara memegang ini hanya
digunakan untuk pemain dengan tipe bertahan.

SEEMILLER GRIP

Cara memegang ini hampir sama dengan shakehand

grip. Bedanya pada seemiller gripBet bagian atas
diputar dari 20 hingga 90 derajat kearah tubuh. Jari
telunjuk menempel di sepanjang sisi bet. Kelebihan
gaya seemiller grip adalah mudah melakukan blok,

Stance berarti posisi kaki, badan dan tangan pada saat

Posisi badan menghadap penuh ke meja.
Biasanya posisi ini digunakan untuk
menerima servis dari lawan atau siap
kembali setelah mengembalikan pukulan
dari lawan. Dengan satu langkah ke
samping kiri, samping kanan, ke depan, ke
belakang maupun diagonal, pemain
diharapkan dapat mengembalikan bola
dengan baik.
02 Side Stance
posisi badan menyamping, baik ke samping
kiri maupun ke samping kanan. Pada side
stance, jarak antara bahu ke meja atau
ke net harus ada yang lebih dekat. Misalnya
untuk pukulan forehand bagi pemain tangan
kiri, bahu kiri harus lebih dekat ke net,
begitu pula kaki kirinya harus lebih dekat ke
