pengertian kompetensi wirausaha
Menurut Ishak Hasan (2011:42) dalam (Rahmi, 2019) Kompetensi
kewirausahaan adalah kemampuan pelaku usaha untuk melaksanakan atau
melakukan sesuatu pekerjaan atau tugas yang dilandasi atas keterampilan dan
pengetahuan serta didukung oleh sikap kerja yang dituntut oleh pekerjaan tersebut.

Menurut (Wickramaratne et al., 2014) menyimpulkan bahwa kompetensi

kewirausaan ada 5 jenis, yaitu kompetensi melihat peluang, kompetensi
mengorganisasi, kompetensi membuat strategi, kompetensi menjalin hubungan,
dan kompetensi membuat komitmen.

Menurut Wayan Gede Supartha (2009:79) dalam (Santy & Ruhimat, 2018,
p. 3) “Kompetensi kewirausahaan merupakan karakteristik mendasar seseorang
yang mempengaruhi cara berpikir dan bertindak untuk menghasilkan kinerja usaha
yang baik.
 Kompetensi Yang Harus Dimiliki Seorang Wirausaha

1. Self Knowledge Yaitu memiliki pengetahuan tentang usaha yang akan ditekuni.
2. Imagination Yaitu memiliki imajinasi, ide, dan perspektif serta tidak mengandalkan
sukses masa lalu.
3. Practical Knowledge Memiliki pengetahuan praktis misalnya pengetahuan teknik,
desain, processing, pembukuan, administrasi dan pemasaran.
4. Search skill Yaitu kemampuan untuk kemampuan dan bereaksi.
5. Forseight Yaitu berpandangan jauh kedepan.
6. Computation Skill Yaitu kemampuan berhitung dan kemampuan memprediksi
keadaan masa
yang akan datang.
7. Communication Skill Yaitu kemampuan untuk berkomunikasi, bergaul, dan
berhubungan dengan
orang lain.
Dimensi Kompetensi Kewirausahaan
(Novitasari &
Zuraida, 2015, p. 168) menyatakan 5 (lima) dimensi kompetensi yang harus
dimiliki yaitu:
1. Task Skill
Yaitu keterampilan untuk melaksanakan tugas-tugas rutin sesuai dengan
standar ditempat kerja.
2. Task management skill
Yaitu keterampilan untuk mengelola serangkaian tugas yang berbeda yang
muncul dalam pekerjaan.
3. Contingency management skill
Yaitu keterampilan mengambil tindakan yang cepat dan tepat apabila timbul
masalah dalam suatu pekerjaan.
4. Job role environment skill
Yaitu keterampilan untuk bekerja sama serta memelihara kenyamanan
lingkungan kerja.
5. Transfer skill
Yaitu keterampilan untuk beradaptasi dengan lingkungan baru.
Indikator Kompetensi Kewirausahaan

Menurut penelitian (Gemina & Ginanjar, 2019,) terdapat beberapa Indikator dari
Kompetensi Wirausaha, yaitu sebagai berikut:
1. Pengetahuan (Knowledge)
Yaitu memiliki kemampuan dan pengetahuan tentang usaha yang dilakukannya atau
ditekuninya.
2. Keterampilan (skill)
Yaitu Memiliki pengetahuan yang praktis seperti pengetahuan teknis,
desain, pemrosesan, pembukuan, administrasi dan pemasaran.
3. Sikap (attitude)
Yaitu kecenderungan merespon secara positif atau negatif pada seseorang
atau sesuatu dalam lingkungannya.
Sedangkan menurut Ishak Hasan (2011:42) dalam (Rahmi, 2019)
mengemukakan bahwa indikator-indikator kompetensi kewirausahaan meliputi :

1. Self Knowledge (memiliki pengetahuan), yaitu memiliki kemampuan

tentang usaha yang akan dilakukannya atau ditekuninya.
2. Practical Knowledge (pengetahuan praktik), yaitu memiliki pengetahuan
praktis misalnya pengetahuan teknis, desain, pemrosesan, pembukuan,
administrasi, dan pemasaran.
3. Communication Skill (keahlian berkomunikasi), yaitu kemampuan untuk
berkomunikasi, bergaul, dan berhubungan dengan orang lain.
 Orientasi Kewirausahaan
Pengertian Orientasi Kewirausahaan
Lumpkin dan Dess, (1996:140-149) dalam (Djodjobo & Tawas, 2020)
Orientasi kewirausahaan merupakan system nilai perusahaan yang nantinya
menentukan arah gerak atau strategi perusahaan.

Menurut Soehadi (2011) dalam (Hatta,

2015) kewirausahaan di definisikan sebagai new entry yang dapat dilakukan dengan
memasuki pasar yang tetap ataupun pasar yang baru dengan produk/jasa yang telah
ada ataupun yang baru ataupun meluncurkan perusahaan baru.

Menurut Suryana (2008) dalam (Hatta, 2015, p. 3) menjelaskan orientasi

kewirausahaan disebut-sebut sebagai spearhead (pelopor) untuk mewujudkan
pertumbuhan ekonomi perusahaan berkelanjutan dan berdaya saing tinggi.

Menurut Best (2009) dalam (Hatta, 2015, p. 3) orientasi kewirausahaan

dipandang memiliki kemampuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja sebuah perusahaan.

adapun Indikator variabel orientasi kewirausahaan dalam penelitian ini ada 3, yaitu:
1. Kemampuan berinovasi yaitu kemampuan untuk mengembangkan produk
baru.
2. Proaktivitas adalah sikap yang mempunyai kemampuan untuk mengenali
peluang dan komitmen untuk inovasi.
3. Kemampuan mengambil risiko, dapat didefinisikan sebagai seseorang yang
berorientasi pada peluang dalam ketidakpastian konteks pengambilan
keputusan.

Pengertian Kinerja Usaha
Menurut Moeheriono (2012:95) dalam (Zulfikar & Novianti, 2018, p. 144)
“Kinerja Usaha merupakan sebuah penggambaran mengenai tingkat pencapaian
pelaksanaan suatu program kegiatan atau kebijakan dalam mewujudkan sasaran,
tujuan, visi, dan misi organisasi yang dituangkan dalam suatu perencanaan strategis
suatu organisasi.”
FAktor – Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Usaha

1. Teknologi
2. Meliputi peralatan kerja dan metode kerja yang digunakan untuk
menghasilkan produk atau jasa yang dihasilkan oleh organisasi. Semakin
berkualitas teknologi yang digunakan, maka akan semakin tinggi tingkat kinerja organisasi
tersebut.
3. Kualitas input atau material yang digunakan oleh organisasi
4. Kualitas lingkungan fisik yang meliputi keselamatan kerja, penataan ruangan dan
kebersihan
5. Budaya organisasi sebagai pola tingkah laku dan pola kerja yang ada dalam organisasi
yang bersangkutan
6. Kepemimpinan sebagai upaya untuk mengendalikan anggota organisasi agar bekerja sesuai
dengan standar dan tujuan organisasi
7. Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang meliputi aspek kompensasi imbalan, promosi dan
lainnya.
