 Tujuan Penentuan Dari adanya jam kerja yang terbagi-bagi

1. Meningkatkan semangat kerja seorang karyawan karenakan diberikan istirahat,

sehingga memiliki waktu untuk mengumpulkan beberapa hal yang perlu, semacam
makan/kebutuhan rohani.
2. Meningkatkan semangat kerja seorang karyawan karena memiliki untuk beristirahat,
sehingga lebih efisien dalam menjaga Kesehatan dan kestabilan para perkerjanya.
3. Meningkatkan Nilai kerja karyawan karena diberi waktu khusus, sehingga memiliki jam
untuk waktu luang, sehingga dapat mengumpulkan energi untuk melakukan
perkejaan.
4. Mengatur seluruh jam pekerjaan para karyawan yang bekerja agar tidak bertabrakan
jam kerjanya dengan karyawan lain.

 MACAM-MACAM PEMBAGIAN WAKTU KERJA

Jam Kerja Pasal 77 ayat 1 dan 2 UU NO.13 Tahun 2003 jo UU No.21 Tahun 2020 dan pasal
21 ayat 2 PP No.25 Tahun 2021 mewajibkan setiap pengusaha untuk melaksanakan
ketetuan jam kerja.
A. 7 jam kerja dalam satu hari atau 40 jam kerja dalam satu minggu untuk 6 hari kerja
dalam satu minggu.
B. 8 jam kerja dalam satu hari atau 40 jam kerja dalam satu minggu untuk 5 hari kerja
dalam satu minggu.
