Gerald Zaldman dan Melanie Wallendorf (1979 : 6) menjelaskan
bahwa :
“Consumer behavior are acts, process and sosial relationship
exhibited by individuals, groups and organizations in the
obtainment, use of, and consequent experience with products,
services and other resources”.
