A. Pemeriksaan Sebelum Menghidupkan
Traktor
1. Periksa kapasitas oli mesin menggunakan
engine oil level dipstick (A). Jangan
mengoperasikan mesin jika kapasitas oli di
bawah tanda minimum.

2. Periksa prefilter (A) pada air cleaner.

3. Periksa kapasitas oli hidraulik pada
sight glass (A).

4. Memijat-mijat dust unloader valve (A),


jika terdapat debu maka buka dan
bersihkan.

5. Buang air dan sedimen dari filter bahan
bakar di water sedimenter.

6. Periksa level pendingin di coolant


overflow reservoir.

B. Pemeriksaan Sebelum Starting Engine

1. Periksa pengukur
bahan bakar (I)
untuk memastikan
traktor memiliki
bahan bakar yang
cukup.

2. Tempatkan gear shift lever (A) di
NETRAL, "N" posisi, dan PTO tuas
(H) dalam posisi tidak terkait.
Starter tidak diperkenankan
beroperasi jika Tuas pemindah gigi
(A) dan PTO tuas (B) tidak dalam
posisi ini.

3. Tempatkan tuas kontrol posisi rockshaft (G) di
posisi yang lebih rendah.
4. Periksa sistem pengisian (baterai) dan lampu
indikator tekanan oli. Perhatikan bahwa
kedua indikator tsb harus menyala ketika
kunci kontak diputar ke posisi ON. Indikator
tekanan oli akan menyala dan akan tetap
menyala jika tekanan oli mesin turun.
Indikator sistem pengisian akan menyala
ketika output alternator rendah. Lampu akan
mati ketika mesin sudah hidup.

Operate Mechanical Front-Wheel Drive
MFWD
1. Untuk menghubungkan, pull up MFWD
lever (I).
2. Untuk disengage,dorong tuas ke
bawah .
3. Jika tuas tidak akan turun dengan
mudah, ini berarti beban pertama harus
dibebaskan dari power train.

Operator mungkin harus melakukan hal berikut untuk meringankan


beban:
a. Menggerakkan traktor lurus ke depan untuk beberapa kaki
b. Hentikan traktor, kemudian mengendarainya dengan cara mundur
c. Naikkan RPM sedikit
d. Buka semua implement yang digunakan

Use Rockshaft Position Control
Mendorong rancangan control knob (A) semua jalan
ketika Anda tidak ingin rockshaft menyesuaikan
secara otomatis untuk merancang beban, seperti
ketika melampirkan menerapkan untuk traktor.
Gunakan kontrol posisi tuas (B) untuk mengontrol
gerakan halangan dan kedalaman.

Kontrol posisi yang harus digunakan untuk aplikasi


berikut:
1. KEDALAMAN YANG KONSTAN
Implement pada tingkat daerah dan untuk
mengimplementasikan yang tidak terlibat tanah,
seperti penyebar atau penyemprot. Menempatkan
kontrol posisi tuas di kedalaman yang diinginkan.

Use Rockshaft Position Control
2. TRANSPORT of implements and end of field
turnaround. Position control lever should be
moved fully rearward during transport for
usage with or without load sensing.
3. FLOAT OPERATION for implements with
skids or depth gauge wheels designed to carry
full implement weight. Push position control
lever all the way forward and draft control
knob all the way down so implement can follow
the ground contour.

CAUTION:
To prevent unexpected movement of rockshaft, push draft
control knob (A) all the way down before attaching an
implement.

Use Rockshaft Draft Control
LEGEND:
A - Draft Control Knob
B - Position Control Lever
C - Position Control Lever Stop
D - Draft Sensing Off Position

Draft control knob (A) controls amount of load required before


hitch responds. With knob placed all the way down, there is no
draft sensing. Pulling the knob up increases the amount of
draft load required to override the position set by position
control lever (B) and to raise the rockshaft.

Use Rockshaft Draft Control
The rockshaft is equipped with variable
draft control system.
Use draft load sensing when one of the
following conditions apply:
*Operating with a fully mounted implement
in uneven terrain. The implement will rise
and lower to follow the ground contours
while maintaining a nearly constant depth.
*Operating in varying soil conditions. The
implement is raised slightly to get through
tough spots so you do not have to shift to a
lower gear.

Pto operations

1.Depress clutch pedal, start engine and push hand throttle lever
forward until engine speed is sufficient to start PTO
implement. Engine speed must not exceed 2100 rpm for
540/1000 rpm PTO and 2200 rpm for 841 rpm PTO.
2.Increase engine speed to rated 2100 rpm for 540 rpm or 1000
rpm PTO operation and 2200 rpm for 841 rpm PTO operation.
3.Pull control lever back to disengage PTO.

TUJUAN PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

Preventive Maintenance merupakan usaha untuk mengembalikan


kondisi semula apabila traktor mengalami gangguan dan
kerusakan akibat pemakaian secara terus-menerus. Tujuan dari
Preventive Maintenance adalah agar taktor tetap menghasilkan
tenaga yang maksimal dan senantiasa dalam kondisi baik.

Preventive Maintenance dilakukan secara
periodik yang meliputi :

Check engine oil level

A. Engine oil dipstick


B. Engine oil filter hole

Front wheel drive hub oil check

1.Move tractor to level surface.


2.Drive tractor forward until the words
“OIL LEVEL” are parallel to ground.
3.Remove plug (A). Make sure that oil
level is even with edge of plug hole.
4.If oil level is low, add oil through same
hole.

For efficient operation, drain old
coolant, flush the entire system, and
fill with clean antifreeze solution at
least once every two years.

Clutch pedal freeplay adjustment

A = Brake Pedal Free Travel


B = Lock Nut
C = Tumbuckle

Clutch Pedal Free Distance 30 ± 5 mm
Play (1-1/8 ± 3/16 in.)

To adjust linkage, loosen both lock nuts (A) and rotate turnbuckle (B) to increase or
decrease free travel. When free travel is correct, tighten lock nuts (A).

Adjust brake pedal freeplay

A = Brake Pedal Free Travel


B = Lock Nut
C = Tumbuckle

1.Park tractor on level surface. Chock wheels to prevent machine movement.


2.Unlock brake pedals.
3.Applying approximately 10 kg (22 lb.) force on one of the brake pedals,
measure distance (A) between the engaged pedal and the disengaged pedal.
4. Adjust brake linkage until distance (A) is to specification.

1.Place PTO control lever (A) in disengaged position (rear position).


2.Remove cotter pin (F) and pin shaft (B).
3.Remove yoke (C) from clutch rod (G).
4Loosen jam nut (D). Turn the yoke (C) (clockwise or counter clockwise as
necessary) until its hole align with the hole of the clutch rod (G).
5.Turn yoke (C) half turn, counter clockwise, to make half turn free play.
6.Align holes on yoke (C) and clutch rod (G), by pushing rod (E) forward.
7.Reinstall yoke (C) to clutch rod (G), tighten up jam nut, and reinstall pin
shaft (B) and cotter pin (F).
