Troubleshooting

Penyebab Problem Perbaikan

1. Starter tidak dapat

memutar engine.
a. Tidak cukup gas untuk
starter.
b. Starter valve gas tidak
bekerja.
c. Circuit breaker tidak
berfungsi.
d. Starter valve circuit rusak
atau relay tidak bekerja.
e. Starter motor tidak bekerja.
f. Starter clutch tidak
berfungsi.
 Check supply gas, kemungkinan ada
kebocoran atau strainer buntu.
1. Check voltage pada solenoid-selenoid
harus 24 V DC, bila kurang check
battery.
2. Check starter vent line mungkin
tersumbat.
3. Check tekanan gas pilot.
4. Check komponen gas sequence,
mungkin ada yang tidak berfungsi.
 Check dari kemungkinan short circuit
atau overload.
 Diurut (trace) circuit dan check relay,
kalau perlu ganti kabel atau relay.
 Check putaran mungkin motor rusak.
 Check kemungkinan starter clutch
macet.

2. Starter memutar engine

tetapi tidak terjadi
pembakaran.
a. Fuel system tidak bekerja. Check kemungkian-kemungkinan dari:
1. Tekanan fuel supply tidak cukup.
2. Adanya kebocoran pada line supply.
3. Fuel strainer tersumbat.
4. Primary dan secondary fuel valve
tidak berfungsi.
5. Fuel control valve tidak berfungsi
dengan baik.
6. Throttle valve tidak berfungsi.
7. Main fuel actuator tidak berfungsi.
8. Fuel injector tersumbat.
9. Torch igniter tersumbat.
b. Ignition malfunction. Check ignition system sebagai berikut:
1. Check pengapian spark plug dengan
cara menempelkan spark plug
dengan body dan input 24 V DC
pada exciter.
2. Kalau tidak ada pengapian ganti
spark plug. Kalau exciter tidak
menghasilkan power ganti exciter.
3. Check fuel pressure switch dari
malfunction. Bila ini terjadi, ganti
switch.

3. Starter tetap memutar  Check voltase pada pilot solenoid

engine diatas 60% NGP. valve, dan check operasi dari solenoid

Starter gas tidak off.
4. Engine light off tetapi
selanjutnya tidak ada
pembakaran.
5. Engine ligh off tetapi tidak
terjadi akselarasi sampai
kecepatan penuh.
a. Pcd tidak cukup untuk
mensupply variable control
actuator.
b. Throttle valve tetap
tertutup.
c. Fuel system malfunction.
d. Low gas supply untuk
starter.
e. Engine menjadi surge.
f. Pcd tidak cukup untuk fuel
control valve.
g. Throttle control equipment
bekerja tidak baik.
h. Starter motor rusak.
i. Kurang supply udara untuk
engine
6. Engine start dan akselarasi
tercapai tetapi tidak
mencapai rate load.
a. Fuel shortage (sedikit)
b. Kurang supply udara untuk
engine.
c. Compressor blade kotor.
d. Main fuel actuator tidak
bekerja dengan betul.
7. Engine tidak stabil pada
rate speed.
a. Ada kebocoran line udara ke
control valve.
b. Fuel system malfunction.
8. Low oil pressure.
9. Low prelube oil pressure.

 Check fuel system.
 Check Pcd line dari kemungkinan
tersumbat atau bocor.
 Check Z 149, Z 144 dan Z 154.
 Check fuel system.
 Lihat trouble 1b.
 Check air bleed valve, fuel control
valve dan line Pcd dari kemungkinan
bocor.
 Check kebocoran atau pembuntuan
pada Pcd line.
 Adjust linkage bila diperlukan, check
kerja main fuel actuator, bersihkan
throttle valve.
 Lihat trouble 1c.
 Lihat trouble 6b.
 Lihat trouble nomor 2.
 Periksa inlet filter untuk udara dan
bersihkan bila perlu.
 Lakukan engine compressor cleaning
dengan cara water wash, detergent
wash atau abrasive.
 Check electrical conection, leakage
dan gerakan actuator shaft.
 Check line mungkin ada conector
yang kendor
 Lihat trouble nomor 2a.
 Check oil filter dan regulator.
 Check auxelary lub oil pump, filter,
regulator, level oil tank atau
kebocoran oil line dan check S 322
(lub low oil pressure) serta K 221 dan
K 222.

10. GP overspeed.
11. Temperature engine tinggi
(turbine inlet).
12. Low oil level.
13. Temperature oil tinggi
14. PT overspeed.
15. Low battery voltage.
16. Gagal ignition.
17. Tekanan gas fuel rendah.

adjusmentnya sudah berubah.
4. Check fuel control
valve, Z 144, L 344 dan M 182.
 Check oil level
gage, kebuntuan line, Regulator
tidak berfungsi, kebocoran S 388
dan K 288.
 Check cooler mungkin buntu, fan
motor dan cooler relief valve.
 Check coupling shaft, throttle valve
dan shaft, Z 144 dan M 183-1.
 Check battery charger dan kondisi
battery.
 Check ignition exciter, spark plug,
fuel control valve dan L 344.
 Check supply fuel gas, strainer dan S
386-1.
 Check supply fuel gas dan S 386-2.

seal oil pump, regulator dan relief
valve.

discharge tinggi.

27. Valve sequence gagal  Check yard valve, limit switch dan
berfungsi. K 268.

28. Gagal menerima load.  Check M 153 dan M 183, fuel dan
electrical control unit dan KT 261.

29. Vibration engine tinggi (A)  Check vibration system.

30. Vibration gas compressor  Check vibration system.

31.  P lube oil filter tinggi.  Check kondisi lube oil, temperature
oil, pressure oil atau ganti filter
element bila perlu.
