Tujuan Penugasan
Peserta mampu menjelaskan karakteristik kepemimpinan perubahan
berdasarkan tayangan video “Pemimpin Pemimpi”.
Petunjuk:
1. Kerjakan LK:02 ini secara mandiri
2. Cermati tayangan video “Pemimpin Pemimpi”
3. Jawablah pertanyaan-pertanyaan berikut di lembar kertas HVS:
a. Permasalahan apa saja yang terjadi di dalam tayangan video
tersebut?
b. Solusi apa saja yang akan dilakukan oleh pejabat baru di dalam
tayangan video tersebut?
c. Bagaimana reaksi staf/pegawai terhadap kehadiran dan kebijakan
pejabat baru?
d. Tindakan perubahan apa saja yang bisa dilakukan menurut
Saudara?
4. Diskusikan jawaban Saudara secara klasikal dipandu oleh Pengajar dan
catat hasil diskusinya dengan baik.
5. Kumpulkan hasil kerja mandiri Saudara ke Pengajar
6. Refleksi, konfirmasi dan feedback dari Pengajar tentang karakteristik
kepemimpinan perubahan.
7. Karakter yang diamati dalam mengerjakan LK 02 adalah integritas
dengan subnilai disiplin dan tanggung jawab.
