STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS
• Analisa struktur dermaga dilakukan dengan dua metode
yaitu menggunakan permodelan struktur dengan SAP2000
untuk mengetahui kapasitas elemen struktur dan tiang
pancang dermaga.
• Dan model Plaxis untuk mengetahui stabilitas dermaga dan
analisa defleksi tiang pancang / pondasi akibat pengaruh
beban demaga.

Introduction
Kalimujur Bridge build to provide an alternative route between Lumajang city and Jember city
Before the bridge used for regular traffic, the loading test and structural assessment were
conducted to observe the actual condition of bridge structure.
These inspection only performed at one Approach Bridge near Lumajang City.
The loading procedure include static and dynamic loading test. The loading test
results was compared with result from structural analysis to provide
comprehensive Analysis.
KALIMUJUR BRIDGE
• Span of approach bridges : 60 m
• Span of main bridges : 128 m
• Total span : 368 m

The applied load only 63% from Uniform Distribution Load (162 ton)
The actual total static load was divided into 10 two-axle dump truck
with gross weight of each vehicle were ranged from 15 tons to 17 tons.
Four loading stage and three unloading stage were applied during static
loading test. In each stage the measurement of deformation and strain
were recorded.

Structural Analysis
• Three-dimensional finite element of the bridge was
described and the procedures of static and dynamic loading
test were approached in modelling and analysis procedure.
• The truss members, stringers and floor beams were
modelled used 3-D frame elements. The bridge concrete
floor deck was represented as load that applied to stringers.
• The loading on model were represented by placing point
load with a load value of gross weight of two axle dump
truck
