 KERANGKA ACUAN KERJA (KAK)
Uraian Pendahuluan

1. Latar Belakang Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri PUPR Nomor:

16/PRT/M/2020 tentang Organisasi dan Tata Kerja
Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat,
pengelolaan peralatan di lingkungan Direktorat Jenderal
Sumber Daya Air merupakan tusi dari Direktorat Bina
Operasi dan Pemeliharaan.
Pembangunan infrastruktur Sumber Daya Air berkembang
pesat dan merata di seluruh Indonesia dalam kurun waktu 20
tahun terakhir ini. Dengan terbangunnya infrastruktur
sumber daya air maka kebutuhan operasi dan pemeliharaan
pun meningkat. Agar infrastruktur sumber daya air yang telah
dibangun berfungsi sesuai dengan umur manfaatnya maka
untuk mendukung operasi dan pemeliharaan tersebut
dibutuhkan peralatan dengan jumlah yang memadai dan
memiliki spesifikasi yang sesuai dengan jenis prasarana
yang telah dibangun.
Seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah penduduk dan
kebutuhan air baku yang diperlukan, maka untuk menunjang
kebutuhan yang besar tersebut dibutuhkan peralatan
explorasi air tanah untuk mencari titik lokasi yang berpotensi
memiliki tampungan air tanah sebagai tambahan
pemenuhan kebutuhan air baku.
Mempertimbangkan hal tersebut di atas, Direktorat Bina
Operasi Pemeliharaan pada TA 2021 bermaksud melakukan
Pengadaan Alat Eksplorasi Air Tanah.
2. Maksud dan Tujuan Maksud pekerjaan ini adalah melakukan Pengadaan Alat
Eksplorasi Air Tanah.
Tujuan pekerjaan ini adalah tersedianya Alat Eksplorasi Air
Tanah.
3. Sasaran Peralatan Eksplorasi Air Tanah sebagai pendukung dalam
menentukan potensi ketersediaan air tanah dalam
menunjang ketersediaan kebutuhan air baku.
4. Penerima Manfaat Penerima manfaat dari pekerjaan ini adalah Direktorat
Jenderal Sumber Daya Air, Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum.
5. Lokasi Kegiatan Pekerjaan ini dilaksanakan di Jakarta dan lokasi lokakarya.
6. Sumber Pendanaan Pekerjaan ini dibiayai dari sumber pendanaan DIPA APBN
Murni TA. 2021 Satker Direktorat Bina Operasi dan
Pemeliharaan, Direktorat Jenderal Sumber Daya Air,
 Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat dan
dilaksanakan secara Kontraktual.
7. Nilai Pagu Nilai pagu kegiatan ini Rp6.424.540.000,00. (enam miliar
empat ratus dua puluh empat juta lima ratus empat
puluh ribu rupiah).

b. KBLI 4659 Alat Perdangan Besar Mesin, Peralatan dan
Perlengkapan Lainnya.

11. Lingkup Pekerjaan Lingkup Pekerjaan Pengadaan Alat Eksplorasi Air Tanah
sebagai berikut:
 12. Keluaran Keluaran pekerjaan ini tersedianya Alat Eksplorasi Air
Tanah.

13. Jangka Waktu Jangka waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan ini adalah selama 90
Penyelesaian (sembilan puluh) hari kalender dimulai sejak terbitnya
Kegiatan Surat Perintah Mulai Kerja (SPMK).

PENGADAAN ALAT EXPLORASI AIR TANAH

Alat Explorasi Air Tanah ini terdiri dari 5 (lima) jenis peralatan yaitu:
1. Geolistrik 2 Dimensi
Geolistrik 2 Dimensi adalah alat yang digunakan sebagai metode geofisika aktif
yang memiliki konsep mengalirkan arus listrik ke bawah permukaan bumi dan
mengukur beda potensial titik fluida tertentu.
2. Geolistrik 1 Dimensi
Geolistrik 1 Dimensi adalah alat yang digunakan sebagai konfigurasi
sclumberger (merupakan salah satu metode geofisika yang dimanfaatkan dalam
eksplorasi sumber daya alam bawah permukaan) untuk menentukan lapisan
resapan fluida.
3. Portable Borehole Logger
Portable Borehole Logger adalah alat yang digunakan untuk pencatatan
(logging) data pemboran.
4. Borehole Camera
Borehole Camera adalah alat yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kondisi lubang
bor, dimana dengan hole kamera akan ditemukan data-data hasil pengeboran
berupa posisi dan kedalaman sumber air.
5. Water Level Indikator (kedalam 100 m)
Water Level Indikator adalah alat yang digunakan untuk mengukur kedalaman
lubang bor.
