e. Cara Kerja
1. Siapkan pengenceran serial seperti pada praktikum MPN
2. Secara aseptis, lakukanlah pemindahan sampel dari tabung pengencer ke dalam cawan petri
yang telah berisi nutrient agar.

3. Homogenkan, beri label dan bungkus cawan tersebut dengan posisi tutup cawan petri berada
di bawah.
4. Inkubasikan pada suhu 370C selama 48 jam.
