GAMBARAN PROSES SELEKSI KARYAWAN DALAM MEMENUHI KEBUTUHAN

TENAGA PERAWAT DI KEPERAWATAN HOME CARE RUMAH SAKIT PANTI


RINI KALASAN, YOGYAKARTA

ABSTRAK

Latar Belakang: Rumah sakit dalam menyeleksi calon perawat perlu selektif agar bisa
mendapatkan tenaga professional Salah satu tenaga yang memerlukan seleksi adalah perawat
home care yang bekerja secara resmi di rumah sakit. Permasalahan yang dihadapi RS Panti Rini:
tenaga home care yang melamar sedikit, kompetensi belum mencukupi kebutuhan, tingginya
Turnover perawat. Seleksi perawat home care perlu dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan
tenaga di keperawatan home care RS Panti Rini

Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui gambaran proses seleksi karyawan di keperawatan home care di RS
Panti Rini

Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskritif. Teknik pengumpulan data
primer melalui wawancara mendalam kepada satu informan kunci dari staf SDM, dua informan
triangulasi dari staf keperawatan. Pengolahan data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman:
mengumpulkan data, transkrip, koding, kategori. Analisis data: mereduksi, menyajikan data,
kesimpulan

Hasil: Seleksi perawat RS Panti Rini menggunakan metode interen dari Stikes Yayasan. Tenaga
di unit home care di seleksi dari unit keperawatan, di utamakan yang sudah lama bekerja.
Kebijakan proses seleksi yang berlaku di RS Panti Rini berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Direksi No.
03/YPR/K/B/II tanggal 12 Oktober 2015. Tugas dan tanggung jawab tim pelaksana seleksi
perawat melaksanakan tugasnya berdasarkan surat keputusan direksi.

Kesimpulan: Gambaran kebijakan proses seleksi, metode seleksi, tugas dan tanggung jawab tim
pelaksana seleksi tenaga perawat di unit keperawatan maupun home care RS Panti Rini hasilnya
belum baik karena belum banyak yang berminat jika hanya di lakukan secara interen, sebaiknya
Rumah sakit lebih terbuka untuk seleksi external.

THE DESCRIPTION OF EMPLOYEE SELECTION PROCESS IN MEETING THE
NEEDS OF NURSES IN HOME CARE NURSING AT PANTI RINI HOSPITAL KALASAN,
YOGYAKARTA

ABSTRACT

Background: Hospitals in selecting prospective nurses need to be selective in order to get


professional staff. One of the staff that requires selection is nursing home nurses who work
officially in hospitals. Problems faced by Panti Rini Hospital: few home care staff apply,
insufficient competence, nurse turnover. Selection of home care nurses that needs to be done to
meet the workforce needs in 2000 home care at Panti Rini Hospital

Purpose: To describe the employee selection process in home care nursing at Panti Rini Hospital

Method: This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. The primary data collection
technique was through in-depth interviews with one key informant from the HR staff, two
triangulation informants from the nursing staff. Data processing using Miles and Huberman
models: collecting data, transcripts, coding, categories. Data analysis: reducing, presenting data,
conclusions

Results: Selection of nurses at Panti Rini Hospital used the internal method from the Stikes
Foundation. The personnel in the home care unit are selected from the nursing unit, preferably
those who have worked for a long time. The selection process policy that applies at Panti Rini
Hospital is based on the Decree of the Board of Directors No. 03/YPR/K/B/II dated October 12,
2015. Duties and responsibilities of the nurse selection executive team carrying out their duties
based on the decision of the board of directors

Conclusion: The description of the selection process policy, selection method, duties and
responsibilities of the implementing team for the selection of nurses in the nursing and home
care units at Panti Rini Hospital, the results are not good because there are not many who are
interested if it is only done internally, the hospital should be more open to selection external.
