1. TUJUAN (PURPOSE)
Prosedur ini bertujuan untuk mengatur proses pelatihan karyawan di PT. Cipta Srigati Lestari
agar dapat dilaksanakan secara konsisten dan efektif serta memenuhi persyaratan Sistem
Manajemen Integrasi Mutu, Lingkungan, K3 (SMI) dan Sistem Manajemen Security di PT Cipta
Srigati Lestari. (This procedure purpose to regulate the employees training process in PT. Cipta Srigati
Lestari to be conducted consistently and effectively and meet the Quality Management System Integration,
Environment, K3 (SMI) and Security Management System in PT Cipta Srigati Lestari).

2. RUANG LINGKUP (SCOPE)


2.1 Sebagai petunjuk perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pelatihan dan evaluasi karyawan dilingkup
PT Cipta Srigati Lestari sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas & kepedulian karyawan
terhadap penerapan SMI. (As the planning and implementation of training and evaluation of
employees in the scope of PT Cipta Lestari Srigati that can improve the quality and employee
awareness of the application of Integration System Management).
2.2 Memberikan panduan secara umum tata cara pelatihan dan evaluasi karyawan di PT Cipta
Srigati Lestari. (Provides general guidelines procedure of training and evaluation of
employees at PT. Cipta Srigati Lestari).

3. DEFINISI (DEFINITION)
3.1 Pelatihan adalah suatu kegiatan yang diadakan baik di dalam atau di luar perusahaan yang
bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan. (Training is an activity held either
internal or external of company that purposes to improve the competence of employees).
3.2 Trainer adalah pelatih atau yang memberikan pelatihan. (Trainer is a coach or a person who
provides the training).
3.3 Trainee adalah peserta pelatihan. (Training participation).

3.4 Kompetensi karyawan adalah kecakapan, kemampuan seseorang karyawan dalam


menjalankan tugasnya, kompentensi bisa dilihat dari pengalaman,pendidikan, dan pelatihan
yang pernah dijalani. (Is the skills, the ability of employees in carrying out the duties, competence
can be seen from the experience, education, and training attended.)
