MANUAL INSTRUCTION

(1) Report Information : Write information about the report, to be posted to the ledger and the
account that corresponds to the transaction
Informasi Laporan : Tulis informasi tentang laporan tersebut, untuk diposting ke buku besar
dan akun yang sesuai transaksi tersebut

(2) Date : Write down the date of its transaction

Tanggal : Catat tanggal Transaksi

(3) Description : Write down a description or explanation of the transaction

Keterangan : Tulislah keterangan atau penjelasan dari transaksi tersebut

(4) Checks SAF Transactions

: Write down the number of checks issued or checks obtained for
transaction
: Tulislah nomer cek yang dikeluarkan atau cek yang didapatkan
untuk transaksi

(5) Reconciliation : Check or mark the boxes in this section if the transaction is reconciled or in
other
languages matching transactions, such as bank books in company records with
checking accounts
Rekonsiliasi : Ceklis atau tandai kotak pada bagian ini apabila transaksi sudah direkonsiliasi
atau dalam bahasa lain pencocokan transaksi, misalnya buku bank dalam
catatan perusahaan dengan rekening koran

 Make this general journal for each transaction, such as cash outlay, purchase of goods /
services, cash receipts, service fees, etc.
Buatlah jurnal umum ini untuk setiap transaksi, seperti pengeluaran kas, pembelian
barang / jasa, penerimaan kas, pendapatan jasa, dll.

 This general ledger is one of the guidelines for making the financial statements, therefore
the journals should be made correctly and appropriately. In order for the resulting financial
