PENERAPAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) DENGAN

DESAIN OBSERVE, THINK, AND QUESTION (OTQ) TERHADAP HASIL


BELAJAR VIRUS PADA PESERTA DIDIK KELAS X SMA NEGERI 17
OGAN ILIR

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar peserta didik melalui
penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dengan Desain
Observe,Think and Question.Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X
IPA 1 dan IPA II.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahap yaitu,
perancangan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan tes hasil belajar (evaluasi). Untuk
mengetahui hasil belajar peserta didik dilakukan eksperimen terhadap kelas X IPA
1 sebagai dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dengan
desain OTQ dan kelas X IPA 2 sebagai kelas kontrol dengan penerapan
pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Dari hasil penelitian yang
dilakukan,Peneliti menemukan peningkatan hasil pembelajaran menggunakan
Problem Based Learning dengan desain OTQ. Skor rata-rata yang diperoleh yaitu
86,82 dengan standar deviasi sekitar 40 % peserta didik telah memenuhi kriteria
ketuntasan minimal 75 %. Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dengan
Desain OTQ berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik, serta
diketahui dari selisih nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen 86,82 sedangkan kelas
kontrol 78,64. Engan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa penguasaan peserta didik
terhadap pembelajaran virus meningkat dari kategori sedang menjadi tinggi.

ABSTRACT

This reseach was conducted to determine the learning result student through
model application problem based learning (PBL) with observe, think and
Question desain.The subject of this reseach are student of class x IPA 1 and ipa
II.This reseach was carried out through several stages that is, planning,
implemantation, observation and learning outcomes (evaluation). To determine
learning outcomes students carried out experiments on class X IPA 1 with
implementation of problem based learning model with observe, think and
Question desain and class IPA 2 as control class with implementation of problem
based learning model.from the results of reseach conducted, reseacher found an
increase in learning outcomes use problem based learning model with observe,
think and Question desain.The average score obtained is 86,82 with standard
deviation around 40 % students has met the minimum completeness criteria 75 %.
Problem Based Learning model with observe, think and Question desain had a
significant influence students , and it is known from the difference in the average
value of experiment class 86,82 whilw in the control class 78,64. Thus, it can be
seen that students mastery of learninf viruses increased from medium to high
category.
