WATER SUPPLY
PERSEDIAAN AIR

1. Check the Laundry incoming water supply and ensure it meets the standards required

2. Test for PH to be 7, check no contaminants e.g. rust or dirt

Uji PH menjadi 7, cek no kontaminan misalnya karat atau kotoran
3. Flush the piping until acceptable water condition is reached

STEAM BOILER
STEAM BOILER

1. Prepare the steam boiler to be reach full steam required for the first wash this may be 1 hour after the 1​st​ staff arrive for linen sorting
Menyiapkan steam boiler sampai mencapai uap penuh yang diperlukan untuk mencuci pertama ini mungkin 1 jam setelah staf pertama tiba untuk
menyortir linen.

2. Near end of operations reduce or shut down steam boiler immediately after the required steam for the last Flat work or press
function.

RECEIVING SOILED LINEN

MENERIMA LINEN KOTOR

1. Identify the linen received from what dept, area, property etc

2. Ensure any heavily soiled items that may be contaminated are separated

3. Take note and record the quantity of items received

4. Separate items into categories Heavy soiled, require spotting, light soiled

5.  Ensure any heavily soiled items that may be contaminated are separated so as to reduce cross contamination

6. Load into respective trolley ready for treatment

WASHING
PENCUCIAN

1. Check that all safety devices on the machine are working correctly. Ensure no obstructions at the point of operation. if otherwise
advise supervisor
2. Periksa apakah perangkat keselamatan semua mesin bekerja dengan baik. Pastikan tidak ada gangguan pada saat beroperasi.
Jika sebaliknya beritahukan pengawas.
3. Understand the load capacity of the machine. Weigh the linen before loading into washer extractor do not overload and ensure at
least 75% load
Memahami kapasitas beban dari mesin. Timbang linen sebelum loading ke dalam mesin cuci ekstraktor jangan sampai kelebihan beban dan
memastikan setidaknya 75%.

4. Set desired program for temperature, wash cycle, rinse cycle and fabric type
Menetapkan program untuk suhu, siklus pencucian, siklus pembilasan dan tipe bahan kain.
5. Understand and ensure correct chemicals are programmed or used in the wash process

6. End of wash remove linen gently into clean linen trolley

8. Reload the washer with the next load and start the program

TUMBLE DRYER

1. Check that all safety devices on the machine are working correctly; ensure no obstructions at the point of operation. If

2. Understand the load capacity of the machine Load dryer to the required level do not overload.

3. Set temperature and dry time program

4. End of dry cycle load to clean linen trolley

FLAT WORK IRONER

FLAT WORK IRONER

2. Start flat work ironer only when linen is ready for loading onto roller
Hidupkan Flat work ironer ketika linen siap masuk kedalam roller
3. Ensure roller is fully loaded either with full width sheet or several single items pillow cases etc.
Pastikan roller penuh dengan kain sprei atau beberapa kain sarung bantal, dll
4. Turn off FWI on completion of load process
Matikan FWI pada tahap penyelesaian
5. Send processed load to next point of operation if no auto folder is installed

Kirim beban diproses ke titik pengerjaan berikutnya jika tidak ada folder auto diinstal
6. Under no circumstances should the linen be placed on the floor

FOLDING STATION
FOLDING STATION

1. Check linen for any stains, tears or other damage

Periksa linen bila ada noda, robek atau kerusakan lainnya
2. Separate items for folding, reprocess, post spotting or damaged beyond repair
Pisahkan​ ​item untuk pelipatan, memproses ulang, spotting atau rusak yang bisa diperbaiki
3. Fold items and load finished linen trolley
Lipatlah item dan beban selesai troli linen
4. Under no circumstances should the linen be placed on the floor

5. Send to clean linen store

Kirimkan ke linen store yang bersih
 6. Send other items for reprocessing etc
Kirimkan item lainnya untuk proses pengolahan kembali, dll

SPOTTING
SPOTTING

1. Separate items to be treated by type of stain, severity of stain, fabric type etc
Pisahkan​ ​item untuk dilakukan perawatan sesuai dengan jenis noda, keparahan noda, jenis kain,dll.
2. Select correct chemical for each treatment
Pilih bahan kimia yang tepat untuk setiap perawatan
3.  Know and understand how each item will be treated be it with steam assist, warm or cold water suction etc.
Mengetahui dan memahami bagaimana setiap item akan diperlakukan baik itu dengan bantuan penguapan, air hangat atau dingin, dll
4. Send treated items to respective next process station
Kirimkan​ ​item yang sudah dilakukan ke proses selanjutnya
5. Under no circumstances should the linen be placed on the floor.

GUEST OR STAFF ITEMS

TAMU ATAU STAF ITEM

1. Identify items received sort by location, section guest room name etc
Mengidentifikasi​ ​item yang diterima urutkan berdasarkan lokasi, section kamar tamu dll
2. Marc or Tag individual items and ensure proper recoding of the details
Mark​ ​atau Tag setiap item dan pastikan catat rincian dengan tepat
3. Check each item for damage or missing buttons, stains etc
Periksa setiap item untuk kerusakan atau tidak ada kancing, noda dll
4. Check and understand any care label attached to garment
Periksa dan memahami setiap label perawatan yang melekat pada pakaian
5. If no care label attached fully identify the fabric and appropriate process required
Jika tidak ada label perawatan terpasang sepenuhnya identifikasikan bahan dan cara penanganan yang tepat
6. Separate into respective process load dry cleaning, wet cleaning launder or hand wash
Pisahkan menjadi dry cleaning, wet cleaning atau pencucian manual
7. Further separate items for pre spotting or repair.
Selanjutnya​ ​pisahkan item untuk pre spotting atau repair.

WET CLEANING
WET CLEANING

1. Select items by colour type fabric etc

Pilih item dengan jenis warna kain

Check that all safety devices on the machine are working correctly; ensure no obstructions at the point of operation. If otherwise advise

3. Load wet washer to recommended load or at least 75% of load

4. Set desired program temperature etc
Set program suhu sesuai yang diinginkan
5. End of cycle remove load to clean linen trolley
Akhir pengerjaan pindahkan beban ke troli linen bersih
6. Under no circumstances should the linen be placed on the floor
Baimanapun juga sebaiknya tidak meletakkan linen di lantai
7. Select items for next wash process and load accordingly
Pilihlah item untuk proses pencucian berikutnya dan sesuai beban
8. Send finished items to the next point of operation be it machine or hand pressing.

PRESSING
PRESSING

1. Select items by type for laundry, steam or hand pressing

Pilih​ ​item menurut jenis laundry, uap atau hand pressing

2. Check that all safety devices on the machine are working correctly; ensure no obstructions at the point of operation. If
otherwise advise supervisor

Periksa apakah perangkat keselamatan semua mesin bekerja dengan baik. Pastikan tidak ada gangguan pada saat beroperasi. Jika sebaliknya beritahukan
pengawas
3. Check items for any defect stain etc
Periksa​ ​item bila ada kerusakan noda dll

4. Set press to desired temperature etc

Mengatur tekanan sesuai suhu yang diharapkan
5. After pressing select item to be folded or on hanger
Setelah pressing pilih item untuk dilipat atau digantung
6. Send to respective next point of operation.
Kirimkan ke pengerjaan selanjutnya

DRY CLEANING
DRY CLEANING

1. Select items by colour type fabric etc

FINISHING STATION

1. Received items to be checked for fault, stain or other defect

Menerima​ ​item untuk diperiksa kerusakan, noda atau cacat lainnya
2. Separate items for finishing or reprocessing
Pisahkan​ ​item untuk finishing atau reprocessing
3. Ensure tag matches guest or staff details
Pastikan tag sesuai dengan rincian tamu atau staf
4. Remove tag once ID is verified
Hapus tag setelah ID diverifikasi
5. Pack or fold according to job instruction
Pack atau lipat sesuai dengan instruksi pengerjaan
6. Send to appropriate delivery point
Kirimkan​ ​ke pusat pengantaran yang tepat
