Abstinen merupakan kemahiran menahan diri daripada
melakukan perhubungan seksual sebelum nikah.
CONTOH: Penolakan seseorang dengan yakin dan tegas mengatakan
'TIDAK' terhadap tingkah laku seksual sebelum nikah.

perkara-perkara yang berfaedah. Contoh perkara- perkara yang
berfaedah ialah melakukan akitiviti riadah atau mengulang kaji dengan
rakan-rakan.

Remaja mudah terpengaruh dengan ajakan dan dorongan terutamanya

perkara yang dianggap menyeronokkan dan tidak memikirkan risiko
yang bakal dihadapi seperti statutory rape ataupun rogol statutori.

OUT OF OUR LESSONS.

There will be two group projects for this class. We will use
the necessary apps and platforms for group discussions and
meetings, and you will be given enough time to complete
each project. The instructions and materials will be sent
out within the week.
