In 2014, the NTB Islamic Center became the main location for all Islamic study activities and
Islamic history research in NTB.

Over time, the NTB Islamic Center has not only become a place of worship, but has also
become a place of interest to many tourists because of its unique architecture and magnificent
buildings.

The NTB Islamic Center also has a 90 m high tower building which represents 99Asma’ul
Husna, maintaining religious intellectual values and a traditional background.

Charming Mosque Architecture

The Hubbul Wathan Islamic Center Mosque has four floors with an area of 36,000 square
meters and the building is a combination of white, yellow and turquoise. The mosque was built
very magnificently and this mosque has its own characteristics.

The attraction of this mosque is also in the design of the main dome which is made with a
Sasambo Batik theme which is lively and very beautiful at night. The dome and minaret of this
mosque will shine with beautiful colors at night reaching the center of Mataram City. Nearly 200
domestic and foreign visitors on holiday come to pray five times a day because of the beauty of
this mosque.
Very Beautiful Interior Design

Apart from the charming architecture, the interior view is no less stunning, because the Sasak
woven pattern is clearly visible in the interior design of this mosque.

Tourists will be enchanted by the gold-tone interior design combined with the contrasting red
carpet when they look at the facade of the mosque’s pulpit. This color scheme is definitely quite
luxurious. This mosque also has very good lighting and the windows on both sides can be
opened and tourists can feel the fresh air from outside.

Tower 99 Meters High

The five towers that surround the Mataram Islamic Center Mosque are one of the main
distinguishing characteristics of this mosque. The height of one of the towers at the front, which
also exceeds 99 meters, symbolizes the number Asmaul Husna.

Tourists to the Mataram Islamic Center mosque can use the elevator to climb to the top of the
tower. Tourists can see various roofs of houses and buildings in Mataram City from the top of
this tower. The viewpoint of this tower offers a stunning panorama.
