F. Penentuan Kapasitas Pabrik

Kapasitas phenyl ethyl alcohol sebesar 2.576 ton/tahun

Secara stoikiometris setiap 1 mol phenyl ethyl alcohol (BM 122) membutuhkan 1 mol benzene (BM 78) dan 1 mol ethylene oxi
Maka untuk memproduksi 1 ton phenyl ethyl alcohol dibutuhkan :
Benzene 1.56 ton
Ethylene oxid 2.77 ton
Dengan kapasitas phenyl ethyl alcohol sebesar 2.576 ton, maka akan membutuhkan :
Benzene 4,029.65 ton
Ethylene oxid 7,143.46 ton
Kebutuhan benzene dapat di dapatkan dari Pertamina RU.IV Cilacap (120.000 ton/tahun), sedangkan kebutuhan ethylene oxid

Berdasarkan analisa maka kapasitas pabrik phenyl ethyl alcohol pada tahun 2025 yaitu 2.576 ton/tahun
