KASUS

Seorang perempuan 24 tahun datang ke UGD RS Mitra

Sehat dengan keluhan lemas dan sesak nafas. Berdasar
hasil pemeriksaan fisik diperoleh data konjungtiva anemis,
wajah pucat, TD 90/60 mmHg, N 80 x/menit, RR 26
x/menit. Hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium Hb 5 gr%,
golongan darah B. Keluarga mengatakan sudah hampir
satu minggu ini tidak mau makan, berat badan pasien juga
sudah turun 1 Kg. Pasien mengeluh mual dan tidak selera
makan. Selama di rumah pasien hanya mampu tiduran
saja, semua aktivitas dibantu oleh keluarga. Dokter
memutuskan pasien untuk opname, dokter meminta
keluarga untuk menyediakan PRC sebanyak 4 kolf.
