dibatasi waktu dan merupakan
bagian dari suatu proses pro-
duksi dalam satu perusa-
haan.

didasarkan atas :
a. jangka waktu; atau
b. selesainya suatu pekerjaan
tertentu.
c. Perjanjian kerja untuk waktu
tertentu hanya dapat dibuat
menurut jenis dan sifat atau
kegiatan pekerjaannya akan
selesai dalam waktu tertentu.
 Perjanjian Kemitraan
Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2008 tentang Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah

pihak adalah pengusaha dan dalam kemi-
traan mempunyai kedudukan hukum yang
setara
Hubungan Kemitraan
Bersifat lebih mengedepankan mutual-
isme di antara para pihak. Prinsipnya, kemi-
traan lebih menekankan pada hubungan sal-
ing menguntungkan, di mana posisi para pi-
hak setara. Berbeda dengan posisi ma-
jikan-buruh dalam hukum ketenagaker-
jaan yang sifatnya atasan-bawahan
Perjanjian Pemagangan
Pemagangan dilaksanakan atas dasar perjanjian

yang di buat secara tertulis.

Perjanjian pemagangan, sekurang-kurangnya memuat

2 ketentuan hak dan kewajiban peserta dan pengusaha
serta jangka waktu pemagangan.

Pemagangan yang diselenggarakan tidak melalui perjanjian pema-

3 gangan sebagaimana dimaksud, dianggap tidak sah dan status pe-

serta berubah menjadi pekerja/buruh perusahaan yang bersangku-
tan.

Pemagangan adalah bagian dari sistem pelatihan kerja yang diselenggarakan

secara terpadu antara pelatihan di lembaga pelatihan dengan bekerja secara
langsung di bawah bimbingan dan pengawasan instruktur atau pekerja/buruh
yang lebih berpengalaman, dalam proses produksi barang dan/atau jasa
diperusahaan, dalam rangka menguasai keterampilan atau keahlian tertentu.
