 LATAR ISU YANG
BELAKANG DIANGKAT
● Secara global pada tahun 2016 terdapat 10,4 juta kasus insiden TBC 120
kasus per 100.000 penduduk. Lima negara dengan insiden kasus
tertinggi yaitu India, Indonesia, China, Philipina, dan Pakistan

● Jumlah kasus baru TB di Indonesia sebanyak 420.994 kasus pada

tahun 2017 (data per 17 Mei 2018)

● Berdasarkan data angka penemuan kasus TBC (CDR) semua kasus TB

Pemerdayaan
di Provinsi Lampung terjadi kenaikan dari tahun 2017-2019 sebesar 28%- Kader Siaga TB
54%, di tahun 2020 terjadi penurunan sebesar 36%, angka ini belum masih kurang
mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan yaitu 70%

● CDR tertinggi saat ini diraih oleh Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat
(47%) dan terendah berada pada Kabupaten Lampung Barat (21%)

● tahun 2021 ditemukan untuk suspek Tuberculosis berjumlah 212 orang

dan yang positif Tuberculosis ada 21 kasus. Pada data tahun 2022
semester 1 ditemukan untuk suspek Tuberculosis sebanyak 150 orang
dan yang positif Tuberculosis sebanyak 12 kasus.
