2. Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab DPS sebagaiman dimaksud pada angka 1

a. Melakukan pengawasan terhadap proses pengembangan produk baru bank

b. Melakukan pengawasan terhadap kegiatan bank
 Pengungkapan Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab DPS

3. DPS melakukan pengawasan terhadap proses pengembangan produk baru bank

a. Meminta penjelasan dari pejabat bank yang berwenang
b. Me-review sistem dan prosedur baru
c. Memberikan pendapat syariah

4. DPS melakukan pengawasan terhadap kegiatan bank

a. Menetapkan jumlah uji petik (sampel) transaksi yang akan diperiksa
b. Melakukan inspeksi,pengamatan, permintaan keterangan kepada pegawai bank
atau nasabah
c. Melakukan review SOP
d. Melaporkan hasil pengawasan DPS kepada Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris
 Pengungkapan Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab DPS

5. Laporan Hasil DPS

Laporan Hasil pengawasan DPS wajib disampaikan bank kepada Bank Indonesia
paling lambat 2 bulan setelah periode semester berakhir.

6. Laporan hasil pengawasan DPS memuat hasil pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggung jawab
DPS selama 1 semester

a. Kertas kerja pengawasan terhadap proses pengembangan produk baru bank

b. Kertas kerja pengawasan terhadap kegiatan bank
 Peraturan atau syarat pelaksanaan DPS

Bank menyediakan fasilitas Bank menugaskan minimal 1 Pengambilan keputusan rapat

yang layak bagi DPS orang pegawai DPS dilakukan berdasarkan
musyawarah mufakat

Dalam pengambilan Anggota DPS dilarang Akan dikenakan sanksi jika DPS
keputusan DPS dapat meminta merangkap jabatan tidak melaksanakan tugasnya
pertimbangan MUI dengan baik
DPS tidak melaksanakan tugasnya dengan
baik sampai dengan izin usaha bank
