Suvervisi :
Supervisi adalah Aktivitas dan kegiatan pembinaan
yang dilakukan oleh seorang profesional untuk
membantu guru dan tenaga pendidik lainnya dalam
memperbaiki bahan,metode dan evaluasi pengajaran
dengan melakukan stimulasi kinerjanya.
Dasar Hukum Pelaksanaan Suvervisi :
a) UU RI Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 Tentang Sistem
Pendidikan Nasional
b) UURI Nomor 14 Tahun 2005 Tentang Guru dan
Dosen
c) PP RI No 19 Tahun2005 Tentang Standar
Nasional Pendidikan
d) Permendikbud Ristek Nomor 40 Tahun
2021Tentang penugasan guru sebagai kepala
sekolah menyatakan bahwa beban kerja kepala
sekolah untuk melaksanakan tugas pokok
Manajerial, Pengembangan Kewirausahaan dan
supervise kepada Guru dan Tenaga
Kependidikan.
Mengapa Perlu di laksanakan
Supervisi ?
Tujuannyan untuk meningkatkan kesadaraan
guru serta warga sekolah lainnya, terhadap
tata kerja demokratis dan kooperatif
membantu guru untuk dapat mengevaluasi
aktivitasnya dalam konteks tujuan aktivitas
perkembangan peserta didik
 Berapa Kali Supervisi
dilaksanakan ?
Pelaksanaannya sekurang
kurangnya 2 kali dalam 3
Semester awal dan akhir
semester.

Supervisi Klinis adalah suatu proses pembimbingan dalam
pendidikan yang bertujuan membantu pengembangan
profesional guru dalam pengenalan mengajar melalui
observasi dan analisis da secara obyektif dan teliti,sebagai
dasar untuk mengubah Perilaku mengajar Guru.

Supervisi Manajerial adalah suatu upaya yang dilakukan

pengawas untuk membina kepala sekolah/ kepala sekolah
dalam pengelolaan administrasi atau administrasi guru
berfungsi sebagai pendukung terlaksananya pembelajaran.
 Apa saja langkah-langkah
dalam pelaksanaan supervise ?

1. Perencanaan, kegiatan perencanaan mengacu

pada kegiatan identifikasi Masalah.
2. Pelaksanaan, Kegiatan Pelaksanaan merupakan
kegiatan nyata yang dilakukan
untukmemperbaiki atau meningkatkan
kemampuan pendidik.

Kepala sekolah berperan untuk melakukan supervise berupa
bimbingan, bantuan pengawasan dan penilaian pada masalah-
masalah yang berhubungan dengan teknis penyelenggaraan dan
pengembangan pendidikan, pengajaran yang berupa perbaikan
program dan kegiatan pendidikan,pengajaran untuk dapat
menciptakan situasi belajar.

pelaksanaan supervisi klinis tersebut?

Supervisi klinis adalah suatu proses tatap muka antara supervisor dengan
guru yang membicarakan hal mengajar dan yang ada hubungannya
dengan itu. Pembicaraan ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengembangan
profesional guru dan sekaligus untuk perbaikan proses pengajaran itu
sendiri.

Adapun tujuan supervisi klinis adalah membantu memodifikas pola-pola

pengajaran yang tidak atau kurang efektif untuk meningkatkan
pengajaran guru di kelas
