CSR Implementation
Implementasi CSR
A CSR Committee comprised of senior management
reports directly to the President Director and implements
the CSR programs that are identified at the start of each
year. The Site Head at Indorama Purwakarta, supported by
a dynamic team of Indonesian and expatriate managers,
implement these programs with passion and commitment.
Every attempt is made to involve a wider range of
employees and to effectively socialize the programs.
Outreach is made to stakeholders such as officials,
academic institutions, NGOs and other companies in our
vicinity.
Periodic reviews are undertaken of CSR activities especially
to understand impacts and identify areas of additional
support and improvement. We also encourage our
employees to provide ideas and suggestions related to CSR
and incorporate the best ones in our calendar.

Pengembangan Masyarakat
A core aspect of community support has been the creation
of approximately 6,500 jobs (including contract workers)
which is unique in an industry that has seen periodic plant
closures and downsizing due to textile sector related
issues. Indoramas business excellence focus and
achievements have enabled job stability for its employees
and an indirect benefit to the wider community since
majority of these employees and their families reside in
Purwakarta.
