Tingkat Operasional
Berada di bawah Direktur Risiko Kredit & Operasional,
terdiri dari beberapa divisi yang masing masing
mempunyai fungsi dalam mendukung berjalannya
manajemen risiko yang baik, yaitu:
Operational Level
Under the Credit & Operational Risk Director are
several divisions each of which has a function
to support the implementation of risk management,
namely:
Credit Policy
Dalam mendukung kelancaran dan pemberian
kredit dengan prinsip kehati-hatian, Divisi yang
menangani kebijakan kredit berdiri secara terpisah
dalam menjembatani diperlukannya proses kredit
yang efisien dengan tetap mempertimbangkan
aspek kehati-hatian.
Credit Policy
In supporting the smooth disbursement of credit
and lending with prudence, the division which
handles credit policy stands separate as required
for a streamlined prudent loan process.
Operational Risk
Divisi khusus yang melakukan monitoring,
identifikasi dan pengukuran risiko operasional,
baik kerugian aktual maupun yang masuk dalam
kategori near miss. Laporan hasil evaluasi masuk
dalam laporan Komite Manajemen Risiko dalam
pertemuan bulanan dan pada pertemuan Komite
Pemantau Risiko oleh Dewan Komisaris.
Operational Risk
A special division to do the monitoring, identification
and measurement of operational risk, both
for actual losses and near miss categories.
The evaluation report goes to the Risk Management
Committee at monthly meetings and at meetings
of the Risk Monitoring Committee by the Board
of Commissioners.

Risiko Reputasi
Pengelolaan manajemen risiko reputasi berkaitan
erat dengan media monitoring dan keluhan nasabah.
Oleh karena itu unit pengelola risiko ini bekerja
sama dengan Customer Care and Services yang ada
di bawah naungan Call Centre sebagai pengelola
keluhan nasabah yang tersentralisasi dan Company
Communication yang bekerjasama dengan pihak
ketiga dalam melaksanakan pengawasan media.
Sekretaris Perusahaan dan Hubungan Masyarakat
berfungsi sebagai saluran komunikasi kepada pihak
luar, terutama media massa dan Bank Indonesia
selaku regulator.
Reputation Risk
Reputation risk management is closely related
to media monitoring and customer complaints.
Therefore, the risk management unit associated
with this risk works with the Customer Care and
Services under the auspices of the Call Centre
as a centralised management of customer complaints
and also with Corporate Communication in collaboration
with third parties in conducting media monitoring.
The Company Secretary and Public Relations serve
as a channel of communications to outsiders, especially
for the media and Bank Indonesia as the regulator.

2. Pencegahan Krisis
Corporate Communication akan mengantisipasi
dan menangani krisis melalui program komunikasi
organisasi yang tepat dan intensif. Dalam mencegah
krisis, Bank tidak hanya melakukan hal yang benar,
tetapi juga harus mengkomunikasikan secara
proaktif dan tidak defensif kepada publik tentang
apa yang sedang terjadi.
2. Crisis Prevention
Corporate Communication will anticipate and deal
with the crisis through appropriate and intensive
organisational communication. In preventing
a crisis, the Bank not only does the right thing,
but also must communicate proactively and not be
defensive to the public about what is going on.
5. Pemulihan Krisis
Penanganan krisis dilanjutkan dengan pemulihan
krisis untuk mengembalikan kepada kondisi
semula. Pemulihan krisis tersebut harus diiringi
dengan upaya komunikasi untuk pengembalian
citra dan reputasi Bank. Pemulihan krisis
dilanjutkan dengan evaluasi yang meliputi apa
yang telah dilakukan dan bagaimana hasilnya,
termasuk pengumpulan dokumentasi yang dapat
digunakan untuk proses pembelajaran.
5. Crisis Recovery
The crisis management should be continued
with crisis recovery to restore matters. Crisis
recovery must be accompanied by communication
efforts to return the Banks image and reputation.
Crisis recovery should be followed by an
evaluation that includes what has been done
and what the results are, including the collection
of documentation that can be used
for the learning process.

Manajemen Permodalan
Tujuan dari manajemen permodalan Bank adalah
memonitor dan meyakinkan tercapainya efisiensi
dalam penggunaan modal dan pendanaan melalui
pencapaian tingkat pengembalian atas aset-aset yang
berisiko. Selain itu, manajemen permodalan juga
ditujukan untuk meyakinkan bahwa modal minimum
yang diharuskan oleh Bank Indonesia dapat dipenuhi
sehingga kegiatan operasi dan bisnis Bank tidak
terganggu.
Capital Management
The purpose of the Banks capital management
is to m o n ito r a n d a ssu re t h e a ch ieve m e n t
of efficiency in the use of capital and funding through
attaining a certain rate of return on risky assets.
Capital management is also intended to ensure that
the minimum capital requirement by Bank Indonesia
is fulfilled so that the Banks operations and business
remain undisturbed.
