SEKILAS TENTANG RIPPLE MILL Model Sliding 6 TON TYPE

DRAWER DI PABRIK PENGOLAHAN KELAPA SAWIT

Di Pabrik Pengolahan Kelapa Sawit unit mesin Ripple Mill berguna untuk memecahkan Nut agar Kernel terlepas dari Cangkang (shell). Cara
kerjanya adalah dengan putaran electro motor yang kencang. Nut yang masuk ke dalam corong bergesekan dengan square rod dan rotor bar.

Ripple Mill model Sliding ini adalah paling simple, paling mudah dan hemat dalam biaya perawatannya, seperti yang tertera pada
spesifikasinya.

Square Rod 4 sudut di Head Treatment plus Hardening dengan Hareness 62% dengan Life Span 1.600 jam per 4 sudut. Sruare disusun
sehingga membentuk Ripple atau Jaws plate, Crackeing Effisiensi 98%, Waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mengganti part/maintenance hanya 30
menit atau setengah jam saja,tidak perlu membuka electro motor, belting dan pulley.
