A. Informasi dasar mengenai ukuran utama kapal

B. Assembly Drawing Hull Construction

Assembly Drawing adalah gambar yang digunakan untuk proses perakitan/pemasangan disertai dengan
simbol-simbol pelengkapnya. Sebagai pembacaan secara umum maka didapat beberapa informasi awal
diantaranya:
i. Perlakuan end cut pada profile, seperti simbol huruf:
- s = Snip
- B = Bracket
- c = Clip End
untuk informasi lebih detail dapat dilihat pada lampiran.

ii. Terdapat Collar pada slot weld dengan ditunjukkan simbol huruf CP.
iii. Slant berarti ada perbedaan kemiringan.
iv. KL berarti ada perlakuan bending pada part tersebut.
v. Garis hidden line pada garis stiffener menunjukkan posisi berada dibaliknya.
dan seterusnya sesuai dari pengetahuan yang bersangkutan, dari dasar-dasar tersebut maka jika ingin
dimengerti ada pada materi-materi selanjutnya.

C. Line (Garis)
1. Continous Line (Garis Tegas)

Garis ini untuk menunjukkan bagian profile yang berada di depan sudut pandang proyeksi.

2. Hidden Line (Garis Putus)

Garis ini untuk menunjukkan bagian profile yang berada di belakang sudut pandang proyeksi.

3. Center Line (Garis Center)

Garis ini untuk menunjukkan garis pusat, dalam standart tertentu garis hidden merupakan garis profile di
depan sudut pandang proyeksi.
4. Long and Two Short Dash Line (Garis Center 2 Titik)

Garis referensi dan hanya untuk sementara.


5. Thick Line (Garis Tebal)

Garis ini untuk menunjukkan arah ketebalan pelat atau profile.

D. Standart penamaan part

a. Nomer project = Project kapal yang dikerjakan


b. Block = Nama block, untuk mengetahui posisi block kapal dilihat pada Block Division.
c. Posisi Fitting = Letak fitting pada proses assembly.
d. Urutan Part = Dimulai dari angka 1,2,dst. dan disertakan juga huruf P(Kiri)-C(Tengah)-S(Kanan) untuk
Memperjelas peletakannya.
e. Tebal Pelat = Menunjukkan ukuran dalam mm + imbuhan PL untuk informasi bahwa material pelat.

Kaidah-kaidah umum dalam pembacaan nesting plate, diantaranya sbb:

b. Properti pendukung pada nesting plate

- S1; S2; S3; dst = Menunjukkan ada profile yang terpasang pada panel dan profil tersebut
tidak sama, baik dimensi, bahan material, maupun type profile dan lain-lain.
Urutan stiffener dimulai dari “S1” kembali jika berbeda part.
- WL = Menunjukkan ketinggian dari Baseline untuk memudahkan proses fitting.
Mis; WL1 berarti garis tersebut memiliki posisi 1000mm dari Baseline
- BL = Untuk BL fungsinya sama dengan garis WL namun garis BL memiliki referensi
dari Center line. Mis; BL 2.5 berarti memiliki posisi 2500mm dari Center Line
- FORE-MA = Posisi Stiffener berada di Fore kapal.

(4) STANDARD OF MSALL SLOT.


Small slots are cutt where slot of standard size is not
applicable because of following reason.
a) Distance of slots are very close.
b) High stress zone.
c) Necessary to keep water/oil tightness.
Small slot may be applicated at other arca if drainage or
air hole is not necessary (They are necessary in tank).

WELDING DETAIL AND PROCEDURE

1. GENERAL NOTES

(1) All welding to be carried out in accordance with the classification sociaty's requirement

(2) Welding to be carried out in flat position as far as practicable.

(3) Closiing bead to be laid on only after sufficient back chipping or arc - air gouging except
where it is approved to omit this operation.
Chipiing depth sufficient for complete welding, getting to good sound metal.

(4) Electrodes to be of the listed types satisfying the requirement of the classification
sociaty's rules and all welding to be done by the welding oprates specifically qualified by
classification sociaty.

(5) Welding symbol's to be given as below
