TYPE OF STERILIZER
BASIC CONCEPT STERILISASI
STERILISASI : Adalah tahap pertama kali minyak dan kernel dikutip, bila proses ini gagal maka proses
selanjutnya akan bermasalah/gagal.
TUJUAN STERILISASI :
• KIMIAWI : Menon-aktifkan enzym Lipase yg menaikkan FFA
• FISIKA : Dehydrasi buah
• Memudahkan pelepasan brondolan di Thresher.
• Melunakkan daging buah (mesocarp) sehigga mudah dilumatkan di digester.
• Memudahkan pengutipan minyak.
• Mengkondisikan nut mudah dipecahkan.
