Refinery

Refinery process merupakan proses pemurnian minyak sawit (CPO)


untuk menghilangkan asam lemak bebas (FFA), bau, menurunkan
warna, serta menambah stability, sehingga aman untuk dikonsumsi
manusia.
Prinsip Dasar :
Perbedaan Titik Didih.
Refinery :
Feed Material : CPO (Crude Palm Oil)
Final Product : RPO (Refined Palm Oil)

Proses Pemanasan BPO.

Tujuan:
Menaikkan temp. BPO

menjadi 260 - 265 C agar
memudahkan prsoses
destilasi minyak di DEO 2.

pemanasan dan kondisi
under vacuum.

Proses Destilasi Minyak.

Proses:
Destilasi minyak pada temp.
Tinggi pada kondisi under

Tujuan:
Untuk menghilangkan bau,
rasa dan warna akibat FFA
minyak.
Fraksinasi
Fractionation process merupakan proses pemisahan antara fraksi padat
(olein) dan fraksi cair (stearin) berdasarkan perbedaan titik beku.
Fractionation :
