Publikasi Indeks Kemahalan Konstruksi Tahun 2020 merupakan publikasi tahunan yang memuat informasi angka Indeks Kemahalan
Konstruksi (IKK) Provinsi dan Kabupaten/Kota. Informasi yang disajikan berupa tabel dan peta wilayah. IKK adalah indeks harga yang
menggambarkan tingkat kemahalan konstruksi suatu kabupaten/kota dibandingkan dengan kota acuan. Kota acuan yang digunakan pada tahun

2020 masih sama dengan tahun 2018 dan 2019 yaitu Kota Semarang. Kota acuan sebelumnya adalah Surabaya di tahun 2015-2017. Pertimbangan

dalam memilih kota acuan didasarkan pada nilai indeks suatu kota yang mendekati indeks rata-rata nasional serta kelengkapan data.

Data yang disajikan dalam publikasi ini diperoleh dari hasil Survei Harga Kemahalan Konstruksi (SHKK) khusus bahan bangunan/

konstruksi, sewa alat berat, dan upah jasa konstruksi yang dilaksanakan di seluruh kabupaten/kota di Indonesia. Data yang diolah berasal dari

data harga triwulan III, dan IV tahun 2019 serta triwulan I, dan II tahun 2020. Penghitungan diagram timbang IKK menggunakan data dari Bill
of Quantity (BoQ), Buku Analisis Harga Satuan Pekerjaan Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat, serta data realisasi Anggaran

PREFACE

The 2020 Construction Cost Index (IKK) is an annual publication that contains Construction Cost Index by Provinces and regencies/
municipalities. Information is presented in tables and area maps. Construction Cost Index (IKK) 2020 describes the costliness of construction in each
regency/municipality compared to a reference region. Since 2018, the reference region is Semarang City shifted from Surabaya city that was in 2015-

2017. Selection of a reference region is based on an index number that is close to national mean index and considering data completeness.

Data is obtained through a survey on the cost price of building materials/construction, heavy equipment rental, and wages in all regencies/

municipalities in Indonesia. The index is calculated from data collected quarterly by a survey for quarter III, IV of 2019, and quarter I, II of 2020.

Weight of Construction Cost Index uses data from the Bill of Quantity (BoQ), price per unit of analysis book Ministry of Public Works and Housing,

and realization of the State Budget. IKK 2020 is the main component used for the General Allocation Fund in 2021.
