1. Boil the noodles into the boiled water then drain it.
2. Then, cut the smoked beef into a small pieces or on your taste
3. After that, crack and mix the eggs with the noodle seasoning.
4. Put all the ingredients into the mixed eggs, Mix them all. You can also add some instant
flavouring if you want.
5. Next, heat the cooking oil on the pan. Then add the dough of martabak noodle while
flattening it become width.
6. After that, let stand it until the dough become brownish.
7. Then, turn the martabak back and wait until it’s cooked and the colour change.
8. Remove and let it drain.
9. The last step is cut the cooked martabak and serve it hot with a serving plate.
10. Noodle Martabak is ready to eat!
